This was actually the best McDonald's we have been to in awhile! Staff was super friendly, food was great and it was 10pm on a Friday night! Great job to those working that night!! We will be back for sure!
I never expect to get good quality food at this McDonald’s location, however the service that I received this evening was unacceptable. I ordered DoorDash and my order was missing a total of 3 items including 2 strawberry-banana smoothies which were replaced possibly by a bottle of water. I was able to rectify this situation through DoorDash so that is no big deal. However, when I called the store to simply see if Smoothies were available tonight to possibly reorder, I was greeted with attitude and disrespect from someone who claims to be the “manager” of this establishment. She refused to give her name, hung up on me twice, and couldn’t even give a clear answer about the smoothies. I don’t plan on taking my business here again as there are much better options in the area, but I would like to share that management at this location is not concerned whatsoever with customer satisfaction. Or even just decent phone etiquette for a simple question. Order and interaction /2024- 11pm

Don't really eat there, their fried food and hamburgers mess up my stomach, do better where the burgers are grilled on an open flame. I do love their ice cream and the breakfast choices though. Service is good, my granddaughter loves their frozen cokes, French fries, double cheeseburgers and chicken mcnuggets.

Call this place five times overnight before they closed cuz I was at the restaurant or memory lane at 7:50 I think tonight and my fries were cold and I tried to call him three times and no one answered I couldn't even leave a message cuz the voicemail was
Im a dasher and this 0lace puts doordash as las priority and has dashers waiting up to 30 minutes to get there food its out right ridiculous the manager is very rude and disrespectful i believe its stire 1616, they need to improve there customer service oh and this was the evening shift around 8:30

I’m so angry. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and when I got home it’s burnt and doesn’t have any breakfast sauce on it I refuse to drive back across town to fix it so my sandwich is now in the trash. Never again.

Order a soft drink and coffee at 1:12pm , asked for manager at 1:20pm. Finally at 1:30 she came to counter, I shared my disappointment of waiting so long for 2 drinks. As well as point out 2 Customers were waiting just as long to place an order. I asked for a refund and her smart reply was I can’t help there is only 3 people working up front. When we asked for the manger we were told he would be right up , then it was this female w glasses that came up. We had been observing her standing around with her hands on her hips not helping?? I pointed that out and she was rude and defensive during the entire conversation. She did give me a refund and finally take the other 2 customers orders. I understanding short handed isn’t good. But to leave people just stand there and employees walk right by ignoring them instead of acknowledging them is not good. Should be 0 stars didn’t give that option. Refund receipt order 21 on 1/28/2024. 1:29 pm

Waited 10 minutes to get waited on at front counter and I was the only customer inside. Then waited 15 more minutes for my food. Horrible sausage egg and cheese wraps. Hardly any filling in the wraps. Worst McDonald's experience I ever encountered and no apologies.
