Absolutely the worst McDonald's experience ever. Really slow then they forgot syrup and utensils for the pancake breakfast. My wife's sandwich was wrong. When we went up to the counter the kid just stood there. We've had issues at this McDonald's before. This is the last time we will be stopping here.

Worst McDonald’s I think I’ve ever been to. Check your oder before leaving if you’re getting it to go. Stopped here for a Happy Meal for my son on the way back to MD from PA. He was tired and hungry so I made the mistake of stopping here. None of the kiosks were working, but had to wait until an employee decided to stop goofing around in the back and come out to take our order. Not sure what was going on but they were all congregating in the back talking and laughing. The restaurant was not busy. There were only two diners eating inside and the drive thru was empty.
Took a while to finally get the Happy Meal. They had to be reminded to give us the drink. I should’ve checked the food before we got back on 83 but unfortunately didn’t My son discovered they had only given him 3 instead of 4 nuggets, and both the nuggets and fries were not hot. They were room temperature! He said nothing tasted right. They also didn’t include the Happy Meal toy or the apple slices. How hard is it to get a simple Happy Meal correct and with fresh food? It’s very clear the employees at Leader Heights don’t care. I travel through this area quite a bit. Will never stop here again.

Stopped on rare occasion because it’s what my daughter requested for her 8th birthday. Got home to a messed up order and absolutely no sauces for 3 nugget meals. Not to mention the $50 price tag. The incompetence is unreal at these places I even asked and requested extra sauce. We live 28min from the location. Get it together

the staff didn't help me. my boyfriend ordered a caramel frappe in the drive through and they didn't give it to him, so I had to go inside. I told the teenager at the counter and she told me that she would go get it for me. 5 minutes go by, and im still waiting. they were not under staffed, and it wasn't really busy. it doesn't take 5 minutes to make a frappe. then the manager walks by and asks if I'm being helped. I said yeah. she comes by again and asked me what I was being helped with. this teenage girl just up and disappeared instead of making a frappe. and had me waiting at the counter for no reason. the manager didn't even apologize or anything. she just had someone else make it. how rude can you get?

Removed fountains, no greeting, just a kiosk to do the order yourself. Wait till food comes, no cup, no drink, just wait. Way to remodel and devalue your own brand. Food was good, but the experience has fell to rock bottom. This location is a vending machine, nothing more. Also, what the heck, Christmas music before Halloween, come on!!! It was a good pairing with the behind counter people you can't see swearing and dropping F bombs in conversation. Unreal. Order 15 - 10/24/24 09:06 PM
