So freaking dirty. The soda area looks like a dump. Flys everywhere. I asked them to clean the soda area. Why as a customer am I playing manager. The manager here was chatting with her friends about her weekend. Really gross. Can't imagine what it looks like behind the scenes.

Well nothings changed. Employees are still idiots, fries were ice cold, they got rid of the soda area because they had so many complaints. Just a dump. No sweet tea tonight kinda like the ice-cream machine always being broken. Don't employees have any brains? If fries are COLD you make NEW ONES. A third grader could do better. They cannot meet even the lowest expectations. Unreal!
If I could leave a zero I would showed up at 9:35 to pick up a DoorDash order went to the drive through sat there for 10 minutes no response pulled to pick up window said I had a DoorDash to pick up employee was very rude said we turned the machine off we didn’t wanna do any more orders they decided to close early when the sign on the door states they will close at 10pm this employee then slammed the window in my face

I have boycotted all McDonald's for the past 12 years due to an unfortunate incident. I decided since it was after Christmas, and almost a new year and I will let it go and give McDonald's another try. I went through the drive through and ordered a simple "McDouble", it was a short wait at the drive through and the service was good, no problems with the order, payment or receiving my order. I opened my McDouble and could tell it was thrown together and made in a hurry. No problem, I straightened it up and noticed the burgers were a bit dark and overcooked. I took my first bite and was not impressed, the McDouble was tasteless and dry, somewhat like cardboard. Well, bottom line is I didn't finish the McDouble and have made an official new year's resolution; I will never waste my time or money by eating at McDonald's again.

I visited this location around 6:30a on 12/27/24 and the manager that was on duty was EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. I will be contacting her manager today. It was a very unpleasant visit.

I have had constant issues when getting food from this location. 9/10 the fries served are cold (this has happened even during busy hours when you'd think they'd be constantly making fries).
They also consistently mess up happy meals, forgetting to add fries or even giving you the 4 piece nuggets when you asked and were charged for the 6 piece.
Their only saving grace is that when I did have to interact with one of their managers, they were very easy to talk to and helped correct the issue in a timely manner.

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! i ordered breakfast at 10AM. planned to pick up my order after work. mcdonald’s decided to not make my order until 10:40 AFTER breakfast was over and they canceled it because it was past breakfast. i made sure to order half an hour before so i would get my food. LAZY LAZY PEOPLE! was told they were preparing my order and i get there and it’s canceled! screw this place.
