I went there on 2/5 at 9:30 they told me that every McDonald’s every Monday closes down the shake machines 4 hours early for their maintenance person to clean, as well as an attitude thrown to us by an older women working tonight and everytime we tried to ask something it just seemed like she didn’t want to hear it and kept closing the window on us and constantly saying good night, I then went and called another McDonald’s on east market and they confirmed that she was definitely lying and the machines do not need closed that early it was just the pure fact of laziness and they didn’t want to have to make it.

Why is my order wrong every single time !!!!!!!!!!
There had to be 12 cars in line and they moved the cars so quickly with extreme efficiency and awesome Customer service. This was my FAVORITE McD visit.All McD management should visit this site...Perfect World Class

I took my child for a breakfast sandwich this morning. The manager actually threw our bag onto the counter to give to the driver thru person to hand us our food. I mentioned to the person handing me the food and said, wow your manager isn't acting properly. I was told she is angry they got an order for 30 hashbrowns. I responded and said a manager shouldn't be behaving this way. And remember every order you guys get pays your checks. This location has gone downhill in the last 3 months.

Horrible drive-through service sat and waited for almost 45 minutes. Got multiple orders wrong in front of me. Unacceptable. Never my life had I had to wait to fast food this long I can get my food faster in a restaurant. Step it up McDonald’s.
