We ordered delivery and 2 items were not delivered. The pizza left much to be desired. Chewy crust, not enough cheese, ordered crispy crust (it was an option) crust was not crispy but chewy.

It's definitely a great place for pizza. They have great service and great options for toppings! Also, their dining area looks fantastic; they have booths available in a spacious dining area as well as an area with a bench table and stools where you can dine.

This is one of the best 👌 meal deals in York. It's the only restaurant in the area that you can get a salad or pizza and pick the ingredients that you want it. All is of a great quality and they don't kill you on the price.

This was our 1st time at mod pizza on 3/22/25 around 4 pm we ordered 2 11 in pizzas one was extra cheese and bacon and the other was half mushrooms half bacon and pepperoni and the whole thing extra cheese. They were very skimpy on the extra cheese and our crust was half burnt.and the girl making the pizzas had a bad attitude. Won't be coming here again.

This location is extremely dirty and just gross. Food presentation was a mess. Counters are filthy. Tables not wiped down. Fountain drink section is filthy. Plus the employees tonight obviously take no pride in there appearance or hygiene. Do better!

Great pizza, slightly confusing menu. Just know there is no extra charge to customize or add toppings. I love that.
The staff is friendly, service is pretty good. Want a little more cheese than they used, just speak up. Maybe add some sausage to your pizza, they do it. It's your custom pizza so take advantage of that.
The taste is great. A little pricier than Domino's (or the like) but it's a nice custom pizza and the atmosphere is nice.

Jayde was awesome! He made my small pizza and salad, he was asking how my Thanksgiving was and just being a nice dude. I asked him about the cookie (I've never had it) and he told me it was good so I bought it! Great experience.

Bad experience!! Picked up the BBQ chicken pizza and it had no chicken. Just cheese and BBQ sauce. Went back in and they said we don't have any chicken. The pizza crust was so hard you could break a tooth. Bad service! Never again. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have.
