•First and last time going with a family of 4!! I was excited because I kept hearing better than Chipotle......LIES!!! Took about 5-10 mins for the worker to even greet me after I greeted her. Upon looking at the pictures posted of the bowls I know mine was not correct!! I pretty much had a thin flattered out layer of rice corn chicken! So thin I could still see the sides of the bottom of the bowl!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!!! It takes me 2 days to finish a Chipotle bowl.

The whole resturant was dirty. The food line had nasty dried up food around the food bar. It was disgusting. The tables had not been wiped off. The server tried to serve me the bottom of the rice container that was hard and dry instead of making new rice. This is the second time that this place was in this condition. The Lancaster store is clean...so I don't understand the difference in the cleaning habits/standards from location to the next.

The food was good but I was confused at my portion of steak compared to my husband portion of chicken. He had gotten way less protein then me . Then when I asked if he could have more chicken they told me it'd be an upcharge . Which was confusing because if you looked at my scoop of steak compared to his scoop if chicken it was very differnt . All protein should be the same amount . You'd think steak would be a smaller portion then chicken but not in this case.

I used to really enjoy the food here u til today!!!!! The manager with the super high pitched voice did not pay attention to this girls order and threw away a never touched BURRITO ? in the TRASH!!!!!! Y’all need to find a way to give food away rather than waste!!! I called and spoke with a manager who hung up on me !!!! I am calling corporate and will continue to do so!! Please hire a more competent manager! Off to yelp I go!!
