There were 8 of us. Took 30 to 45 minutes to get our beers that apparently were sitting on a tray at the bar. My wife went and asked for them finally. Steak sandwich was overcooked and skimpy. A fried minute steak? Fries burned mouth from salt. Fries are $2 extra. Spent $30 for one beer, one sandwich, and tip. Took well over an hour to get the food not considering we waited a good 20 minutes to order. It was not that busy. Make sure you take a coat. When the door opens the cold air blows in. Winter Beer was decent.....perhaps that is worth a star. Two stars is generous.

A beautiful old building attached to York’s Central Farmer’s Market on Cherry Lane. The perfect day for alfresco dining this early evening. If you are a beer aficionado, this is your place. , I prefer a light, sweet cocktail. The Orange Creamsicle has the right amount of sweetness. The Fish Hook sandwich on a brioche bun -is delicious.
Maddiee provided excellent service with the right amount of check-ins

My husband and I tried Mudhook tonight for the first time and it was delicious. The service was great and it's a cute little local brewery. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

Was here on July 19 and had lunch. The Philly cheesesteak special, good price and it was the best cheesesteak we have had in years. Old school Philadelphia style with provolone cheese, onions, and mushrooms. And the beer (their own brews) was excellent. We will be back the next time we are in the area, well worth the trip!

Went Friday nite and the foul mouth, not funny comedian was so loud I couldn't hear or talk to the server, we ordered a flight and the beer I really wanted was out. Flights came out a little over half full and the bar tender said the boss only wants it that way. Couldn't get table service so went to the bar. Management was there but maybe clueless? Never again with all the choices in the area.

2nd time here where the manager/owner weren't very inviting. Will not return. Staff seem disengaged unless you are a friend.

We left after waiting 25 minutes for a server. A couple that came before us also left with no service. Multiple servers just walked past our table multiple times. We went to Iron Horse. Go to Iron Horse. Their service and food is wonderful

My wife and I have been going to Mudhook for over 6 years. We love the food, beer, and the prices. Often the owner bartends, and lends great conversation.
