I don't know why they changed their Alfredo dish but it is horrible now. It's so dry and salty. It was fine the way it was before. I will never go back there again.

Quality of food is great, as is the taste. However, shrinkflation hit this company hard. No longer is the food worth the money it costs. That's too bad because my whole family loved this place.

The past two times we have ordered from here our order was messed up. The first time we did not get our drinks, we received empty cups.
The second, we received a cookie instead of a Rice Krispie treat.
How hard is it to properly fulfill an order. I was looking forward to a fountain soda and the whole reason I ordered here tonight was to get a Rice Krispie treat. Very upsetting when you are looking forward to something then do not get it!

The young lady that took my order was nice, friendly, professional and helpful. I had not visited since the newer menu has been implemented. I enjoyed my experience however I didn’t care too much for my menu selection. I will try another selection soon.

UPDATE: Probably last time here. The Mediterranean salad had one piece of pasta, no joke. We essentially paid for a big bowl of lettuce everything else was very limited. What still gets me the most is one piece of pasta, I could go to salad works and get a better salad at least I'll have something other than just lettuce. Really disappointed if I wanted just lettuce I could've went to the grocery store paid half of that for the exact same thing half the price. This use to be one of our favorite places to eat. The also got rid of the shrimp scampi too. You are really killing me here. I guess this is the end of our relationship and we say goodbye.

The food is good no complaints there. The staff is very nice. My only real issue is lately my order is NEVER correct. It's also disappointing when you call in and they are nice and will attempt to fix mistake, but it is still wrong. I'm not trying to mean I sure you but I'm hoping they can start getting it right. It really sucks when you work all the time are starving and it's wrong when you get back and you can't go get a corrected order and depending on the mistake it gets thrown out and hence still hungry :(

The paf Thai tasted a little sugery. It made me ill. My guest enjoyed her meal. She hadn't eaten in 2 days so anything was better than where she was.

While I’ve had great experiences here, I’ve recently found that this location has been an hit or miss. Ordered 2 gluten free Wisconsin Mac n cheeses with grilled chicken and broccoli. Broccoli was raw, chicken was full breast uncut, noodles were hard.

We enjoy Noodles and this is a local option. The service is always good and the food is good, if you like Noodles & Co., which we do, it's good food. No different than at this location. The issue is we can barely eat inside at this location. The temperature is extremely cold. We couldn't bear it today, (5/27/24) we had to eat outside. It had to be 58 degrees in there. I made a joke about it, in fun, to the employee and she agreed, she mentioned she had to place her hands near the boiling water to warm herself up. Not sure why it's so cold in there but it's quite uncomfortable, and it's been this way for quite some time, we can't eat inside the restaurant anymore. I share this in hopes the temperature can be resolved to allow for a comfortable environment for patrons. We really enjoy eating here, it's a go-to. They also appear to have regular issues with the app scanning for points. No biggie, but you don't always receive your Noodles rewards due to this. It also more than a one-time issue, based on my experiences.
