We visited the york location several years ago for our anniversary. They did not make our meals as requested. We stayed away for a while. Recently, we had our son's birthday there. 2 out of the 7 meals were not cooked correctly. (Waitress and kitchen errors) Gonna be even longer til we go back again

Waited 15 minutes before bartender came to my table in the bar area. Wasn't even too busy. Then waited too long for water and drink to arrive. I will not return to this location EVER.

Ok folks, let me tell you tale of our experience at the OG. This night started with a trip to Lowes to purchase a new throne for our abode it gonna be awesome! We became hungry, and our plan was to hit the lyndon diner for some diner grub. However, the truck veered right and into the parking lot of OG we landed. Now, let's be clear. It is OG, and our expectations were not high going into this venture, so with that being said, we continued on. It was busy, so we sat at one of the high tops by the bar because we were hungry and the wait was 20 minutes. We got there at about 6. The bar was not busy, and I noticed there was one bartender behind the bar at prime time grub time. Now, here is where things go downhill, we got our water, which we ordered and placed our order for calamari, 3 meat manicotti and stuffed chicken marsala, the bartender took our order and we waited and waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile, the only bartender at the bar has been filling orders from the dining room on BOTH side of the bar, running back and forth, clearing tables around the bar area, trying to make everyone happy and let me tell you MacKenzie F was ripping and tearing. We finally got our calamari 30 minutes later. With help from MacKenzie giving the kitchen hell, and then came the entrée. One word, NOPE! Long story short, the calamari was like it came out of a crucible, and the entrée looked like undercooked Chimichangas. We were comped with a dessert and a gift card, which we used immediately, because we will not be back. If I could give this place a zero, I would totally sucked.

5 stars for MacKenzie F she was working so hard and was trying to do all she could to make everyone happy in the bar and dining room. She needs a raise, OG! Thanks, MacKenzie, for all you did. we appreciate your hard work. Your rock girl!!

Did online wait list. Was given no time frame just that 11 parties were ahead of me. Got there and they have no record of my spot. Decided to leave to not wait 30 minutes. As I was leaving got a text I was removed from the wait list

The staff were great and quick to seat us to take our orders. The food was less desirable and the kitchen seemed to have issued making the food correctly. My friend’s dinner was remade twice and wasn’t still done correctly. Luckily the manager did come by to talk to us and he comped the bill for my friend’s dinner. We may wait a while to come back to this restaurant in West York. Hopefully time will change and things are better or maybe they just had a bad night.

"Beware Of Small Print Pricing". Service was good and food was alright but beware advertising of pricing of starting at $12.99 when small print is $22.99. That should be told to Customers when you have that on each table as an advertisement. (They know what they're doing when they get people with the starting at crap. Just be upfront and say this is the price for this item and that item.)

Hello there! I have been at Olive Garden in different locations states I love it’s everything services, food prices etc. Menu items are slightly off based on my experience so be open minded about that. I remember eating a delicious eggplant lasagna at Secaucus NJ for my birthday dinner but when asked for eat at one of Pa location it was nothing compared to what I tried before at Secaucus. Waiting time for dinning was not the best .. online ordering neither wasn’t very helpful.

How far this restaurant has fallen. Use to be on a Saturday there would be a two hour waitlist, not anymore. Went today and we just wanted the soup and salad. The salad was all the core part of the lettuce heads. Was told that’s the best they had. Tried three different soups and the taste was good, but the broth on each was more watery than I remembered it and the minestrone had a strange seasoning to it. The only saving grace was the waiter. Very attentive to the best he could with what he had to work with.

Can’t say I’ll be back.

Keyarra was a horrible server. As a server myself, I understand how restaurant rules and guest requests work together. I tried to be understanding, but she was just rude. She wouldn’t make an Arnold Palmer for my table because she’d “have to charge for both the tea and lemonade” that is the biggest lie I’ve ever been told. She wouldn’t give me bread or sauce for the table because “ I know you’re going to take it to go” and then he kept rushing my table to leave because she needed to clear the plates so that she could go home from her shift. She’s lazy and made excuses for everything. I asked for lemons and she stated “ we don’t have any more left.” Then said “I can go cut more if you want” she had lemons but was too lazy to cut them for a guest. She felt the need to ask in hope I said no. Lazy lazy lazy. Definitely the worst service I’ve had. Keyarra please if you don’t want to work and you lack good customer service, then being a server isn’t a good job for you. Find something else to do

We had a catering event for over 60 people. The food was scheduled to arrive at 11:45. It finally arrived around 1:20 after many calls.

Soup and salad: zuppa toscano soup was sooo salty and the ribs were still on the kale and crunchy. The chicken gnocchi was ok but appeared to have canned chicken in it. Server was Mercedes and she was AWESOME!! Regular bagged salad -not like the old days!! Great breadsticks!!
