I received an incorrect order at the Fruitville Pike store - I paid extra for an item that was not included in the bowl I ordered - BUT EVEN WORSE, the bowl I was given had peanut butter in it, which I could’ve been allergic to!! I’ve been attempting to contact the store and have received no response. I was a huge oola fan, but I’m not impressed at all by their customer service - lack of response and lack of concern. Very unprofessional!! I will not be back and I will be telling everybody about what happened!!!!

We were out and about and decided to grab some lunch. We’ve had Açaí bowls in the past and thought we would give this place a try! The minute we walked in, the owner and staff were very very welcoming and polite. The owner was super informative for what was on the menu along with how it was all made! We decided to go with the seasonal “Harvest Bowl”. The Açaí is very smooth, no chunky or gritty pieces. The granola toppings were made in house and tasted great! Lastly, the fruit was very fresh and crisp which brought the whole thing together. If you are searching for a great Açaí place with awesome staff, this is for you! We will be going back, without a doubt.

We came to check out Oola bowls during the soft opening. The store was closing so we left, shortly after The store manager ran into the parking lot to apologize and offer some coupons to make sure we came back.Since that time the service at this location has been impeccable.Everyone here is friendly and the bowls are delicious.Recently, CJ went out of her way to help my wife redeem her "birthday " treat.We are big fans of the York Oola bowl location.
