I received an incorrect order at the Fruitville Pike store - I paid extra for an item that was not included in the bowl I ordered - BUT EVEN WORSE, the bowl I was given had peanut butter in it, which I could’ve been allergic to!! I’ve been attempting to contact the store and have received no response. I was a huge oola fan, but I’m not impressed at all by their customer service - lack of response and lack of concern. Very unprofessional!! I will not be back and I will be telling everybody about what happened!!!!

The bowl was delicious, no complaints on flavor at all. I just wish they were as big as the ones at playa bowls. They are much smaller here and for the same price as playa bowls, that’s my only complaint.

I absolutely love this place. I live in Lancaster and while visiting York I saw that they had a location that just opened up. The smoothies are always fresh and the staff are very friendly. I travel a lot as my husband is an Airline Captain so I've had smoothies all over the world! I put this place on the top of my list!
