Our salads came out before our bloomin' onion. When the waitress finally came over, she talked to the manager and "they were making the onion now". My baked sweet potato wasn't cooked, it was hot but not edible.

Once in a blue moon we will revisit Outback and are always pretty disappointed. The food is pretty expensive compared to other similar restaurants. My husband's steak was undercooked, and they season their beef with something spicy.

Absolutely horrible experience. Did call ahead seating Saturday, waited 1hr45min and just as we were half way there for our appointed arrival time, we get a call saying the restaurant had an “emergency” and needed to cancel our reservation and they were closing. My husband suspected they had just over booked themselves. So we call an hour later to get a reservation and find out the emergency was miraculously fixed and they were open and taking reservations. Horrible customer service. And clearly a lie.

We haven't been to Outback since 2011 because after that meal we got very, very sick. So living in another state now, we decided to give them another try. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes and side salad. Medium well on my steak, my son got the fillet medium rare, both our steaks were under cooked (they reheated them, because his was really rare, like walking away on it's own mooing rare and I won't eat a bloody steak and mine was still bloody) We got them back and everything including the potatoes were so very overly salted I could not eat mine (keeping my blood pressure in mind, I didn't want a heart attack at the table, that is how salty the food was) My food was taken off our bill which is why they got 5 stars for service, our server was great, the manager was awesome, the food is just not great. The salads were wilted and squishy. I also don't eat my salad with the dressing on it, I usually have it on the side, but thought all restaurants put it on the side these days. My bad for not asking. I think that is our last try for Outback, at least it was for me.

Twice now, in a row, we went for dinner and the steaks were terrible quality. A walmart steak made at home was better quality. The Tasmanian chili has been the only good thing lately, so unfortunately we probably won't be back anymore. The price you pay, you expect it to be edible, but it hasn't been. 2 bites from a porterhouse because the rest was gristle, a $25 sirloin so tough you could barely saw a piece off. Just horrible.

Wanted to order and the server made us listen to a 5 minute lunch-n-learn about their new electronic ordering and checkout kiosk. Then she left the table hoping we would order electronically. 5 people in our party and two ordered baked potatoes. They brought two baked potatoes on ONE plate. Seriously! Their prices have skyrocketed.

I really really want to give a good review because the servers, hostesses are all very nice and the dining area is always clean . This was our second time coming in and I was so hoping it would have been better. The service starts out strong but quickly falls apart. Drink refills, bringing condiments. We were offered a second serving of bread ( it was 5 of us 3 being preteen boys) the boys gleefully said yes , but it never came. When our entrees came we asked for Worcestershire sauce and it took so long to get there, the kids were almost done their steak bc they wanted to eat it hot. Refills were nonexistent and I definitely needed as many refills as possible because the nacho chips ( I got the three cheese steak nachos) were so salty. Like I had been swimming in the ocean for hours while eating pretzels salty . The “three cheese sauce “ and the steak were less than appetizing right from the start before I even tasted it. Like it sat under heat lamps way too long. A skin had formed over the cheese and the steak was so small and over cooked it looked like ground beef. It also just wasn’t enough, maybe scraped off the bottom of some pot. Everyone else was also underwhelmed by their meals. I hope it was just an “off” night.
We’ve been dining at this outback on Christmas Eve for few yrs . The food has taken a turn for the worst . I have eaten Filets from all over the country and this was by far the worst I’ve eaten

Service is great but the quality of the food has gone downhill since they moved to this location. I miss the experience we had when they were over on East Market St. TBH, the ambiance at the park city area outback is much better.
I have to say, worst service I’ve ever had. My family and I sat for 20 minutes without a server. I try not to be a jerk, so I waited until minute 20 to approach the host and inquire about what was going on. A server came and apologized and we were ready to move on. Then I got a salad with no dressing and waited 15 minutes for that to be fixed, asked 3 different people (including my server twice) for a water refill, only to wait 20 more minutes. The only time anyone was attentive was when we got the bill and the server checked back 3 times in under 10 minutes for payment. Abysmal.

The customer service was excellent. The food that I was able to eat was delicious! The only problem I had was my steak was still red three times. I canceled it after that. I enjoyed myself and my replacement meat which was the chicken breasts with bacon, cheese, and honey mustard ( I forgot what they named it). On the other hand, my husband said his steak was great, but he likes it red.
