The Kitchen Sink Cookie is the best. Good place to go see a friend, do schoolwork, take kids, quick service and friendly staff. One on queen street has a drive through!

We have ordered online for delivery twice this week and each time we are missing items. I know its busy and we have at least 3 to 5 people order at a time, but this is part of the job in double checking orders. There is a receipt hanging on the side of the bag, most places check off the list as they put it in the bag. The sandwiches are not mark as we have multiple so we have to open each one to see what it is. You need to come up with a better flow. I love Panera but this location needs help is order accuracy.

Ordered door dash from this location for breakfast and everything was incorrect. Coffee came black, no sugar or cream like i asked. Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and a plain bagel was sent with no cream cheese.

I work nearby. I’ve eaten lunch here 10+ times. The last two times the elderly lady who seems like a manager with white hair has been yelling at their employees for things that don’t seem reasonable. Kinda kills the mood when the management is screaming at the staff.

Place is HORRIBLE! I ordered a smoothie and the sell by date tag was blended in with it. I found some of the tag but the other pieces were missing…. Probably consumed. I gave this smoothie to my three old. NOT OKAY. I called and the manager gave me a half apology with an attitude and then offered a drink voucher as if she deals with complaints all the time. Horrible customer service.

went in on 11/11/2024 went in and placed and order togo on the tablet waited for our food and then the lady with a ghost headband was EXTREMELY RUDE which i do not appreciate i asked for drink cups not only does she give us the wrong size she THROWS them at us. i will NOT be returning and I WILL BE reporting to cooperate.

Waited for an online order for over 20 minutes. They made my lattes first and it just sat there for 20 minutes. Getting cold with no sense of urgency. This is very typical for this location
