I ordered a bacon and egg on ciabatta. I receive regular bread with a thin piece of egg and no bacon. I had to request the bacon. Needless to say… the quality has been inconsistent for a while now. The portion served are not worth the price paid. The cashier was not well trained and actually placed the incorrect order despite asking what type of bread. I will not be supporting the east York location in the future.

There was a long hair in the salad and they did not make any compensation. Definitely do not go to this branch, it is very bad, not hygienic at all.

Always a great place to unwind in the morning before work. Coffee is always good! Connie who works the front is always pleasant and helpful!

The place is dirty, service extremely slow. We got take out and they got both of our sandwiches wrong. I just threw mine away it was awful looking.

The smoothie and fruit cup were too small and pricey.

20 minutes to get a pastry out of the case and one coffee drink? Ten orders stacked on the screen and no discernible movement. This Panera in York is a bit messy and looks run down. The kitchen (as it is) seems confused and disordered (no pun intended). I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or just a bad day, but this fell short of what I expect from Panera.

This place is ridiculous because of how expensive it is. I can get a sandwich for $15 minimum here

They have the very best bread in town

This was the most disappointing trip to Panera that I have ever had! The onion soup didn't have any of the toppings (croutons/cheese). The sandwich (frontega chicken) was so mushy/soggy that it simply fell apart. It was disgusting. Also, the fruit cup was so under ripe that it makes me wonder why they even offer this in the winter.
