All went well, however there was no lemon or lemon juice for my ice tee? $31 plus dollars for a sandwich and two salads.l, and NO lemon. Coffee bar has cinnamon and honey. Plus their rewards program was down, ON A SATURDAY EVENING? Had a gift certificate which could not be processed? Why a multimillion dollar company with good, but expensive food...cannot keep their systems up? Not very impressive! I usually don't complain, but tonight I was extremely disappointed. George

Great tasting soups, salads, and sandwiches! My favorites are the Turkey Chili, Chicken Noodle Soup, Apple Fuji Salad, and the Frontega Chicken Melt.
Overall, disappointing Panera location. They are often out of many items, the staff isn’t very friendly or helpful, and it’s usually dirty. It just doesn’t appear to be a well run location. Also, the food has gotten so expensive that combined with the experience and what I said above, makes it not somewhere you want to go.

For the price, we could have gone to a full service restaurant and gotten better food. Crazy expensive! Two of us each for a pick 2, with one Soda and one hot tea.... $43 ?. And crazy small portions for the price. Hard to rate service, as there was none, but for putting the meal together and calling our name. We entered our order into a kiosk. Picked up our food. And had to bus our table when done. This will likely be the last time I will bother with Panera. The food is ok, but so not worth their prices.

The location was very clean, and the food was delicious. We were visiting from Fort Bragg, NC, and needed comfort food after my father-in-laws funeral. So, of course, we chose our family favorite Panara Bread! ❤️ Ambre Nole, the manager, was awesome she offered the kids a cookie and told them how sorry she was for them losing their grandfather. My kids gave her a big hug and thanked her. All too often, customer service is overlooked these days and just lacking in general. So to see Service like Ambre provided was so amazing, she really went above and beyond. I am so grateful.Kid-friendliness: Great with my kids!

Panera bread is never going to completely blow you away, but it is good if a little pricey. Out food was delivered by a panera driver in a reasonable amount of time with our rather large order being completely correct. Everything was good, with special note to the frontega and toasted baguette sandwiches. Will definitely order again.
Food is always good. My complaint comes with the atmosphere. This is arguably one of the only places in York that it is super common to do homework at. Since this is the case, why is it sooo loud???? A soda bib is always empty and loud, music is loud, employees are loud, etc etc. I wish panera would capitalize on the reason people come here. Atmosphere is just as important as food

I didn't really have a choice in photographing the delight in front of me. Everything smelled amazing and began taking bites of each item. In no time flat i devoured the entire order! I hada free delivery & service fee coupon & used to my advantage of trying things I'd put off ordering. So very worth it; well played, Panera, well played. Honestly can say it was very Timely delivery less than 20 minutes from order to it being on my doorstep! The egg spinach & bacon soufflé is to die for. As is the asiago bacon egg and cheese.

I usually don't remember to leave reviews, but the Manager Ambre was AMAZING! So kind and inviting when she took my order and all throughout my stay here. She made sure guest were taken care of in the dining area, and the store was spotless!! Super quick service too! Also try their cinnamon crunch bagel, soooo goood!! I highly recommend this Panera :)

manager was amazing, i can’t say enough good things about her. the person who makes the food & the girl at the register are liars. i order the same thing 2x a week at least and they had made it wrong. i came back asking for help and they claimed the manager said they can’t remake it. come to find out they lied and never even spoke to the manager. the person making the food was just downright rude.thankfully i had called and the manager was very nice and made it right. still was a super disappointing experience & the workers had zero reason to lie to me other than laziness. if it wasn’t for the manager i would be giving 1 star review but she was great.
