So disappointed in the food and the price charged for this lousy food. The broccoli cheddar soup and the cookies were all that was enjoyable. The sandwiches which are $13 each are al bread and very little meat. Looked dry and undesirable. The Mac and Cheese tastes like pretty much nothing. We spent $46 for 2 people and didn’t even enjoy lunch. This one’s off the list. It’s really hard to find decent food out anymore. Guess we’ll stay at home.

The French Bistro soup today wasn't very good. There was barely any cheese. It tasted like beef broth and had a ton of onions but still little flavor. Photo on web site showed croutons which I did not get. Worst thing I've ever eaten from there. On the other hand, the French Ciabatta Dipper was very good and they make the best brownies!

For my second time in a row, I have placed an internet order. Both times, several of the food items were not prepared properly or completely prepared. Soups were missing croutons. The French onion soup did not have cheese. One salad was missing the protein for which we paid extra. This first time, I thought it was a simple mistake. Today we spent $80 dollars on soups and salads. We called the store and went back in to have the order corrected. They offered the missing ingredients rather remaking the items. So the soups got cold during our second trip. He did not apologize for the errors until we told the manager how disappointed we were. The manager’s reaction was dismissive and unconcerned. I doubt that we will be back. I should have consulted the review for this store, this seems like a common issue that does not get addressed.

Panera Bread in York is always a reliable choice. The food is fresh, consistently good, and made to order. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a quick meal or relaxing break. Staff are friendly and efficient, and orders are usually ready quickly. Great spot for soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Ordered a coffee and stood for a while only to have someone tell me the cups were right there. The screen I ordered from said that they works have it to me since there were different sizes. Didn't want to mess them up. 🤷♂️
Good coffee, just don't forget that some of us don't do this is a regular basis.

This was the first time I have been served frozen lettuce at Panera. We did a takeout order. It was disgusting. The entire salad was frozen in the middle. So was my friends Salad. I hope they check on prepped food. It was very unpleasant biting into lettuce that was iced over. It wasn't a few pieces. It was 2/3rds of the salad.

i got over-10$ caesar salad with no croutons and 1/4 of a to go cup of dressing. i paid for a HUGE portion of exclusively lettuce. the sandwich i received apart from that was served with bread slices adjacent to the size of 3 pieces of gum. were eating a boneless dinner tonight! carcass out! and wont be returning, xoxo

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and without fail- my order is always messed up. I order delivery most of the time, and don’t have the opportunity to just swing by and pick It up. Ordered a chicken avo. BLT- just minus the greens. This is what they gave me??? Wrong bread, no tomato, 1 piece of bacon. Just chicken and mayo slapped on white bread. Everytime you try to call- nobody answers. I’m tired of wasting my time and money
