We have ordered from this papa John’s several times and I think this was the worst pizza we have gotten. I ordered extra cheese and there was barely any cheese at all and it was cold. Very disappointed.

Papa John’s the best pizza ever based on 14 years ordering and consuming it , my food is being consistently delicious, fresh ,well made and online service is amazing ; orders are always ready on time and menu is always available and variety of foods seasonal variations 🤤I love it!! Worst customer service ever for a store on west York. I am manager of a medical facility full of Anxious people. The so called managers According to them are two of Them they don’t even care to be reported. Unacceptable people rely On you for Good customer service. They don’t care I reported to them I will go higher up. I told the head quarters I will never have my clinic or family order from there again. Very nasty people unprofessional!

Order was wrong. Tried to call the restaurant to let them know and have it fixed. Sat on hold for over 10 minutes. No one answered. They would just pick up the line and place it back on hold, NOT even a "hello can you please hold?" needless to say my incorrect order was never addressed.

The food was okay, not great. I haven't gotten Papa John's in a really long time. Based on the food alone, I don't believe today's offering would keep me coming back. It wasn't as good as it used to be.
My biggest issue, though, is not the food. The big guy in the grey shirt slapping/stretching the dough was wearing a mask, which he repeatedly touched and adjusted. Then, he went right back to making food and doing other things while I was waiting for my carryout order without washing his hands. What's the point of wearing a mask that isn't over your nose or that doesn't fit and constantly needs adjusted anyway? Defeats the purpose to begin with.
Sure, you could say, "But, the food goes through the oven. So, it wouldn't matter." Unfortunately, that doesn't account for everything else he's touching that doesn't get cooked or that other people would be touching after the same things he touched, including items that get used on or including pizza(s) after having been cooked.
I believe it will be a long time till I come back again.

I ordered there LX NewYork special which is an XL pepperoni pizza on the app and they delivered a X large cheese when i recalled they remade the pizza and brought the new one out in 25m great service!
