Horrible!! Called the store and asked to speak to manager, was told one wasn't there. Impossible, if a restaurant is operating a manager needs to be on the premises. Told "I'm absolutely right " but manager was "out back " and not available. Unbelievable

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. They tried to pass off a bunch of breadsticks that aren’t even the 1/4 size of a full breadstick as one. Ridiculous. Only thing more ridiculous is the Manager “Reggie” that contacted me to “Make it Right”. Took me a few days to respond as I was outside the US on business. Have now responded 2 times and he just ignores me. GREAT JOB!! I would avoid the East York, PA Papa John’s AT ALL COSTS!!! Don’t have to trust me, Just look at their Google reviews. Off to corporate now. They WILL fix it like you should have already done Reggie. Ridiculously poor service at this location.

Placed an order for delivery which was then sent to doordash as a 3rd party, when my food arrived not only was it cold I was missing have of a papadia. When i called to speak i was sent to voicemail twice and when I spoke about the issue I was transferred to their manager who immediately hung up on me. Do not recommend.

I placed an order at 6 I still hadn’t gotten my order by 7:15, i called the store so many times but either no one would answer or they would say that they were gonna connects me to the front desk but then the front desk desk ended up not picking up for 20 minutes straight while i called them. Customer service horrible! Still havent got my pizza

Got wrong pizza this is the way it looked burnt crust and all dried up. The other pizza in our order was what we order but tasted horrible. Waste of money

Get ready for this review. Ordered delivery. An hour later nothing shows up. They NEVER EVER answer the phone!!! Wait, wait, wait. Nothing ever shows up. They never answer their phone. No delivery driver ever came to my door and attempted to deliver a pizza. No one even attempted to call me. We gave up for the night and got food from elsewhere. The following day I leave the house and drive past my barn down the road and what do I see? My Papa Johns Order sitting outside on a stone wall near my barn, which is nowhere even remotely close to my house, and couldn't possibly be mistaken for a house. It's clearly an old barn. i live on a main road, my address is clearly marked on all sides of my mailbox, I leave my front porch light on that is so bright it even lights up the road. There's no other house close to me. It's pretty obvious where my house is and where my front door is. So basically the driver dropped the order off at a random spot outside nowhere near the house, made no attempt to contact or come to my door. I can't even make sense of this. I complained online and the GM wrote me but hasn't responded to my response and has done nothing to make this right. No refund, no vouchers, nothing. What a bunch of totally useless human beings. I will never order from this location again.
