This was our GO-TO spot when we lived in York! Everything was always fresh & delicious, and the staff was always very friendly, especially toward my daughter and after awhile they knew us by name. Very nice, comfortable sit-down family environment. We also met the manager a few times and he was very pleasant. A couple months before we moved, they even let us have our daughter's birthday party there. I will never forget this place or the people there ❤️ Will most definitely be back to visit one day if we're ever up that way again!! ☺️ Also...still the best cheesesteak sub I have ever had 😋

We just moved to York. We were in the mood for Italain hoagies. We ordered delivery from Parma on Grantley road around 8:15. We ordered two small subs, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. We received our ordered within 20 minutes. Our delivery person was very friendly and personable. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were hot, crispy and delicious! Our hoagie were delicious and hit the spot. Our only negative, is that we asked for one of the subs to be baked, but it was not. Even so, it was delicious! We will definitely be ordering from Parma again!

This used to be our go-to pizza spot every weekend. Unfortunately, our last two experiences have been really disappointing. The food has arrived cold and over an hour late both times. The quality has also gone downhill—pizzas are inconsistently cooked, with some parts burnt and others undercooked. We used to get our orders in 20–30 minutes, hot and fresh. Now it’s soggy, cold, and just not what it used to be.

I've been coming here for some years. I always get a slice and a salad for lunch to go. The food is always decent. The service is never great but it's a busy place, so to be expected. Today I ordered a slice to go per usual there was a little bit of a mixup because it got busy at the same time. No issues. My only concern is that delivery drivers are walking around eating with bare hands over food that's gonna be served.

I love the flooring. It's beautiful. The music is really loud. It's hard to have a conversation. Our food was very good. The customer service was so so. The counter girl didn't really seem like she wanted to be there.

Love this place as a student at YCP. The stuffed buffalo chicken pizza is the best. Been a while since I've been to this one but have been to the other one in York a couple times since graduation and it's just as good.
