We love Parma but have been burned a couple times from this location. Ordered a medium pizza & fries for delivery. An hour later, no pizza, so we called to check in. They said the driver should be there any minute. Ok.
30 minutes later (now 1.5 hrs since ordering), call the store again. Same girl tells us she thought we'd have it by now since the driver was leaving when we called earlier (when she told us he would be there any minute). She pushed back a little when my husband said he wanted to cancel the order and get a refund because "the driver could be there any minute".
Sorry for the inconvenience!? Mind blown that she acted like we were in the wrong.

Update 9/26/24-choose to go to another restaurant on TWO occasions when I had a craving for Parm. I’m feeling better already! Been coming here for years and now a 4% charge using my credit card. NO MORE!! You lost a loyal customer today. I’m not the one that chooses to do business with the credit card companies, you do! Soon my app that tells people which businesses charge a fee for a credit card purchase. will be out alerting potential customers that you are taking their hard earned dollars. NO THANKYOU!!

We called for delivery at 7:35. We were told 45 minutes. We called at the one hour mark & were told it would be here soon. It was still not delivered in an hour & a half!! We tried to cancel the order and were told it was on its way. My husband drove there to cancel the order and have it removed from his credit card. He arrived home from doing so as it was being delivered. We sent back the food because at that point we were ready to go to bed not eat dinner. We understand it gets busy, but be honest with the customers when the orders are placed.

After being a customer that orders on an average twice a week for many years I will no longer be ordering here anymore I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza at 8:30 when I got home three people had got one slice each they all said that it had a odd taste to it and it was extremely hot for medium sauce I called in and told them could they replace it with just a plain cheese which is approximately $14 I spent $20 for a pizza that was uneatable and I wasn't worried about the $6 difference they told me no the pizza is what it is and it's made that way all the time well that's untrue because I've ordered them before and that's not how they taste I told Rose which I believe is the manager that I have the whole pizza and we scrape the toppings off of three slices of the pizza and I would bring it back over she said there's nothing she could do for me so for a long time customer that got a pizza I was going to return because it had a taste of being spoiled and too hot you just lost a customer good luck

Just tried to order from here after their other location hung up the phone on me, they made me wait 6 minutes on hold—- It seems management for both locations has no standards for its employees, there are more respectable places to order from .

Inconsistent. First time I ordered the wings, pasta and bread were so amazing I had to come back. I ordered when I walked in it took about 30 mins which was fine. 2nd time I come and again I ordered there only took 15 mins. Wings had little to no sauce and when pulling the meat off it felt soggy from the inside like it wasn’t done. Bread was still doughy and raw. The pasta was ok but after eating 2 items raw I was worried to continue eating the pasta. Not sure I can recommend the items I purchased. Seems it’s a draw of what you’ll actually end up with.
