We took our family there for dinner Saturday. The food was delicious: wings, fish, chicken, turkey wings,cheesesteak, yams and Mac and cheese. We felt the prices were competitive, like other restaurants . Customer service was good too. We enjoyed the owner’s sense of humor. She was really funny. It was a good time. Will definitely go back again. You have to try the blueberry lemonade and sweet potatoe cornbread.

Zakia is NASTY attitude is horrible a very nasty Muslimah business won’t last long check google reviews her bad reviews are equivalent to her good review and all bad reviews talk about her attitude and how she treats people. I walked in on Monday of this week and I had a very welcoming greeting! I felt very comfortable there I got to know the owner which was definitely amazing. When I tell you I tore up that Catfish, Mac & cheese and yams… that food was so good I’m definitely eating here again. Actually not just again but as many times because they really put some soul on that catfish 🙌🏾

I had wings from here about a year ago. But today, I decided to call and order just cause I had some questions. So when the lady answered the phone she said " Don't you think you should of order of online instead of letting the phone ring that obviously mean we busy". I couldn't believe what my ears were hearing. After she finished running her mouth, I just told her I don't think I want to order from here, she said good?? then I just hung up. She should have just said we're busy can you call a little later or order online all that extra talk with the attitude uncalled for. Thanks for letting me know your Energy!!!

The food is okay but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady who worked the register is very rude (I believe she is one of the owners). She was very snappy and unprofessional. I’ve ordered on DoorDash and enjoyed the food but unfortunately after my in store experience today I will never return.
I recently dined at Pecan Tree and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the customer service. While the food was decent, the service left a lot to be desired.
From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. We were left waiting for a long time before anyone acknowledged us, and when they did, it was with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience.
It’s unfortunate that the poor service overshadowed what could have been a great meal. I truly believe in supporting small, Black-owned businesses, but customer service is crucial, and this experience was simply unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue because the restaurant has potential, but I won’t be returning unless things improve.

Best food on the block! This is an average type of inner-city restaurant-not upscale or fancy. I always get my food to go and it's delicious every time. The wait has always been pleasurable as the store owner makes conversation with you and well, there's always some comedy with the various types of people among the city to watch as well. She provides napkins and utensils each and every time, thank you. ??
Get the fried catfish!! Sides are okay. I've been here several times and the fish is always on point. For the sides-the first time I got collard greens they were great, full of flavor. The last several times they were not....seasoned. The mac & cheese is always good. When I'm hungry for fried fish, I drive the hour or cook at home. The peanut pie is super yummy when they have it. The included picture is one serving size for meal, no additions.
Parking: Parking for customers only and so are the bathrooms for that matter.

I got 3 steps into the establishment where a woman who was mopping. Rudely asked me what I was doing there and taken aback at her demeanor I said “I was just..” and she rudely cut me off and said “you were just..” as she is motioning for me rush what I was trying to say. I said I was just trying to place an order. She said well don’t you see it’s dangerous here the floor is wet and there’s a ladder right there in the middle of the floor. While there was also no wet floor sign in sight or any other indication of an issue I questioned are you currently open? She replies yes but you’ll need to walk around this or come in the side door. Completely shocked at the completely rude behavior I turned around and left unbelievable. To think that this was my first time actually coming to the establishment physically as I have patronized on DoorDash several times an spent a lot of money here previously I’m disgusted and they will never get my business again wow!
