All I have to say is Pecan Tree Cafe can take my $$ any day!!!! I tried them for the first time yesterday after moving to York 3 months ago and the food was phenomenal the catfish was crisp, the yams were so good and paired great with the Mac and cheese I ordered to go and I love how they wrapped the food up with parchment paper so nothing got soggy 10/10 will be back VERY soon to try everything else

Food 10/10! I purchased fried whiting, mac and cheese with sweet potatoes and strawberry lemonade. The young lady at the register was very helpful in helping me decide what items were most popular and what her favorites were. The fish had the perfect crisp, it was fresh and seasoned to perfection. The Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes were delicious. I highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back.

I came here not knowing what to expect, even with that the food EXCEEDED my expectations. I have only lived in Pennsylvania for 3 years. I kept saying I would try this place but today I finally did and omg that food was amazing.

Usually, I get the smothered turkey wings. Can't go wrong with that. I also get Mac n cheese and a veg. Today I got the collard greens. The greens was very bitter for my taste. I couldn't finish it. Everything else was on point. Portion is satisfying and then some. Good wholesome food. Their customer service could improve.
Another diamond in the rough, a yummy comfort food spot, I love the environment great first date place. They have ice cream , water ice, pies fountain drinks great vibes over all.

Came there after work very hungry. Ordered my usual cheese steaks with mayo, ketchup, hot peppers, and fries and a blueberry lemonade. She brings out my cheesesteak, first ketchup all over the cheese steak soon as you touch it. I knew something was wrong because it didn’t even look like the regular cheesesteak that usually made. I asked where my fries she forgot to put it in. I went back to the cook because I knew something was off as soon as I seen who was cooking? I understood why this was happening. She told me to cook doesn’t speak English. I said if the cook doesn’t speak English, she needs to be supervised so you can make sure she gets the right order. I asked for my money back. I said I’ll pay for the drink. I’m not paying I ain’t even get the fries and I left out of there not only that she beat me on my change where she refunded me cause she only gave me money back for the cheesesteak and not the fries. This is what happens when you cut the corner with cheap help. The quality and service is not the same.
