Sold me yesterday's pretzels, warming them up in their oven didn't help. Rock hard, never again

Bought a bucket of Rivets for fourth of July celebration. Picked them up at 9 am. Arrived at our destination couple hrs later, opened bucket to serve and they were hard as rocks. Totally disappointed. Will travel across town next time and get quality pretzels at Epex.

I have read some of the reviews and I am quite confused. I moved to York County and cried because I could not find a decent pretzel anywhere. All the pretzels were too sweet, cold, over priced, and just not what I was use to. I was so thrilled to have someone open a Philly Pretzel factory locally. Yes, I have gone in when they hired a new person and guess what I did not complain. That person is learning to make an honest living so no I do not expect them to know everything. I have ordered off the menu. I love the creativity of the pretzels made for the Super Bowl.Dipping options are great! Quite often a pretzel and a drink is my lunch and it’s soooooo satisfying. Thank you I appreciate you being open for business and bringing the best pretzels to the York area.

The decline in this location is truly saddening to see. I have been a very frequent customer at this location as I had experienced great and friendly service from the old manager/boss and his workers. The last couple times I have come in I have been informed that corporate took over the company and I can say with confidence the store is at the lowest its ever been. It seems that either most of the old workers left or were fired because now the customer service is abysmal and the employees seem inadequate to prepare and take my order. The new managers which have informed me are from corporate are even worse as they are not fulfilling old coupons and deals that the old owner had and their customer service seems artificial and mean. This location should at this point shut down because the quality in everything has gone down the gutter. I recommend that no one support this business or be prepared to eat artificial pretzels and get horrible customer service from people who sound like they just started working.

Your posted hours say until 6 pm on Saturday’s… clearly, the shop closed much earlier than my 5:35 pm arrival time as it was completely dark and no activity outside. Poor practice for business!

I was very disappointed in the size of the pretzel, for a standard pretzel. Also, the taste and texture was flat as if there was not enough yeast in the pretzel.
I travel throughout Pennsylvania, and I use pretzels as a calling card when I visit my customers. I travel to many different Philly Pretzel Factory from Bensalem, Pennsylvania to New York Pennsylvania.

For $27 you get 25 pretzels and mustard. I was embarrassed to give these pretzels out to my customers, so I didn’t.

I went in today and noticed a box of latex gloves. I'm allergic to latex, but the guy was already putting the pretzels in the cup and I had already paid. I also noticed that he was wearing gloves when he took my money, then never changed them to handle food. The pretzels are hard. He got them off of the table. They never have the pepperoni pizza pretzel in stock. The kitchen itself looked like a huge mess. This use to be my favorite pretzel place. It's sad. ?

Normally this location is excellent; however today the pretzels are so hard, they are painful to bite into. To top it off, there is some sort of object sticking out of one of the rivets. ?

I first started eating Philly Pretzels in West Chester. After the Red Lion location closed years ago, I was so happy to see a location going in just down the road. It's nice being able to grab one while at Giant, too. Delicious pretzels, friendly staff and always great customer service.

I stop by for myself and sometimes for a shelter apartment complex. Love the special s it works out well as on budget. Pretzels are made fresh and usually nice and hot. Definitely worth the stop in. They definitely want to have satisfied customers and make an effort to keep their customers happy and help were they need to figure out what they should have when getting for a group of people so you definitely have exactly what you should have. Thanks for the fantastic service ?
