I first started eating Philly Pretzels in West Chester. After the Red Lion location closed years ago, I was so happy to see a location going in just down the road. It's nice being able to grab one while at Giant, too. Delicious pretzels, friendly staff and always great customer service.
I stop by for myself and sometimes for a shelter apartment complex. Love the special s it works out well as on budget. Pretzels are made fresh and usually nice and hot. Definitely worth the stop in. They definitely want to have satisfied customers and make an effort to keep their customers happy and help were they need to figure out what they should have when getting for a group of people so you definitely have exactly what you should have. I've been placing multiple orders a week for our field hockey team. Pretzels are delicious and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Pretzels are fresh and ready at my pickup time. If an issue comes up (which is rare) they fix it without hesitation.

This Philly Pretzel Factory was very nice, the manager there was kind and patient. He kept us engaged while our pretzels were being made in the oven. We will definitely be going back to this specific location.

I am literally obsessed with these pretzels! They are so soft and delicious I can’t go a week without them. I look forward to Monday’s just so I can pair a pretzel with the sweet cream, brownie batter, or cheese dips. ???

My girlfriend and I just went here for the first time and it was awesome! We got there just a few mins after they opened and the gentleman at the counter offered fantastic service. Even though they normally don't serve meat products till 10AM he had no issue putting some of the mini cheese steaks in the oven for me and even offered us 2 free pretzels while we waited. Once our order was ready he brought it out to us at our car! Wonderful service, will definitely come back soon!

Placed order online, paid for it, went to pick up and they said they didn’t have my order, then said they were too busy to fulfill my order. I asked for a refund and they would not refund me. I have spoken to corporate twice and still have not gotten a refund.
I was really looking forward to checking this place out, as I love soft pretzels and their many variations. Walking in, you get an immediate sense of confusion. 3 people working, just waiting for you to order something, but there's the trick! You can't order from the menu, you can only order what items may be in the case, and from my experience, it's only ever 1 or 2 different items at a time. So you choose something, they ring you up and you leave. Service (for 3 people standing at the register) is pretty bad to say the least. The quality of the items are 9 times out of 10, stale, cold, hard as a rock. I want to like this place, I really do, but it's just not good. The reason for 2 stars rather then 1 is, it's clean, and I've never gotten sick from any of their food.

These were the worst Philly pretzels ever. They used too much sodium hydroxide. They smelled funny like really bad. The concentration must have been off. I ate two and became very sick and same with the rest of my family. I have eaten at the Shrewsberry walmart one with no issues but the York location has something wrong here and needs to be fixed before they kill someone..

I put in a huge order for 400 pretzels for a church event. They had all the pretzels ready and boxed on time. The pretzels were warm and the boxes were vented so they did not sweat and get damp. Everyone at the event lived the pretzels!

We placed an order for a pretzel tray, for a Halloween party. When we came to pick it up no one was there. We called all day but the phone was never answered. At some point we noticed there was a small white sign on the door that made mention that the ovens were down. This is the worst, horrible, most awful customer service of any business I have ever encountered. At the very least if you could not fill the orders you had a responsibility to notify the customers that they could not pick up their orders. It’s unfortunate happened on a holiday but even more reason to be diligent about customer service. I don’t think this business will last verylong in York. This is unacceptable!
