First time in York for the volleyball tournament and we ordering take out. We order pho, spring roll, crab Rangoon and bubble tea. The pho is so delicious, the broth is so flavorful and their meat is so fresh and their crab Rangoon is the best I ever had. The lady that helping us is super nice. The price is reasonable too. We was planning to coming back today to dine in before heading home but so sad they closed on Sunday. Highly recommend this place if visiting York PA.

Pho Bistro is our favorite restaurant in York! Amy is warm and friendly and the food is consistently fresh and delicious! My favorites are the coconut curry chicken, fresh summer rolls, and, of course, the Pho. I highly recommend Pho Bistro!

I ordered here using the website and picked it up. The pho was fine. The tendon smelled bad and tasted the way it smelled . It was also very soft. When I called them to see if they can make a new one, the lady said it did not smell bad and doesn’t taste bad because a customer ( while I was on the phone with her) said it taste fine. Which is super funny to me , because she was speaking Vietnamese as she was asking her cooks. Then she continued that she was the one that packed the meal for me and she knows it was not spoiled. And because I went through their website and ordered online for pick up through doordash, that DoorDash has to refund my money back. I said I don’t care about a refund, I just want a new soup done with no tendon. She said she cannot do that, that I need to take it up with DoorDash. Thenwas laughing on the phone and kept telling me I was wrong.

My wife (3months pregnant high risk) & I just ordered food through there online app. She got a pho with extra tendon. We arrived home & my wife stated that there is a fowl smell coming from the tendon. She proceeded to eat it & some were ok & some was very sour as in spoiled. She called pho bistro & explained the situation to them. The lady stated that she will check with the kitchen for the freshness, she came back on & said that the tendon is fine & that she doesn't know what she wants my wife to do. My wife proceeded to explain herself once again & the attendant started laughing & stating oh well just take it up with doordasb (which is 3rd party company if you order online even if you pick up) & they will refund your money because I don't have your money. Come easiest thing to do was tired make another soup & have a happy customer. No they decided that $20 was more important. I do not recommend!

Overall the food was delicious. And if ur a big ice tea person u will love this place. The only thing I’ll take away is the prices is a little high but it’s worth it. Also if u can handle spicy food, u should tell them
Best asian food Ive had in PA. Only two ladies working but everything ran so smooth. No mistakes, excellent service. Everyone customers looked satisfied
