I had a bad experience the guy I mean the waiter who took my order very rude and nonchalant. Long story short I ordered didn’t know what I wanted to drink so I asked for water until I looked over the drink menu. He brought me a bottled water and just took the drink menu without even asking me if I decided on a drink? I said excuse me I wanted a Thai tea he said “oh you want Thai tea ?” Like I stuttered or something he brought my tea and I gave him back the bottle water. I ate my food and drank my tea then when I was checking out he didn’t ask anything just gave me my total printed the receipt Im looking over my receipt and he yelled at me and said sign at the bottom like I didn’t know where to sign. I still left a tip and signed he didn’t even say thank you ? I asked for a copy of my receipt seems like that made him angrier. I look at my receipt carefully he still charged me a $1 for the water bottle that I gave him back it was only a $1 so I just left and didn’t bother to say anything. For the record the other guy I believe that does the cooking was nice he checked on me and said take your time but the waiter very rude. The waiter had a attitude the whole time he didn’t make me feel welcomed or if he even appreciated my business.

I came here for lunch and it was absolutely amazing! The service, the food. I’m from Florida and honestly didn’t know what to expect traveling for work and walking into this place. If you are scared, don’t be, go in and eat. Best food I’ve had in a while. We had the spring rolls, egg rolls and steak and everything pho. The leftovers were delicious also. Definitely a hidden gem

Definitely some of the best tasting broth I’ve had. My only grip is the chicken in the pho is extremely dry. Also the shrimp weren’t clean for the shrimp prawns

I came to Pho Ngoc for lunch and everything was great! I had the bún thịt chả giò—the grilled pork and egg rolls were flavorful and satisfying. My daughter got a kids pho and really enjoyed it, and we brought home a cơm tấm that was just as tasty later on.
The service was excellent, and even though it was a hot day, the food totally fulfilled my Vietnamese food craving. There’s so much more to enjoy here than just pho—lots of delicious dishes to choose from. Next time, I’m definitely trying the spring rolls!
Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving fresh, flavorful Vietnamese food and friendly service.
