Clean calm environment to eat a nice strong plate of well prepared rice and beef(steak) the cooks are amazing the host is fast acting I just love everything about this place if I could eat here twice a week I would thank you for a great meal!

I’ve been going here for years, and it’s good. The food is always consistent, but I’ve noticed over the years that service has been declining. It’s still a nice place to have lunch, but I personally would recommend a place like pho bistro instead for better food, service, and atmosphere. Drink prices are also higher than competitors in the area, and you have to pay for water.

Pho Ngoc exceeded my expectations. Food service interior all were super! Tried vermicelli which was amazing as well as the Vietnamese coffee which was some of the best. Shrimp and pork were both flavorful and presentation of the dish was beautiful.
Service was courteous and efficient.

First time here while visiting in town. Ordered the shrimp & pork rice noodles. It was incredible!!
Everytime I eat here the food is amazing! I like to get the shrimps and the chef is such a cool guy he gives me little chili peppers and makes greats suggestions. Seems like a family owned place as I have spoken to the chefs wife and she told me how he spent so much time in vietnamm to learn the recipe’s that he uses here in his business. The broth in the pho is like nothing I have ever tasted before. I usually get a jasmine tea which is always served fresh and the chef loves to come by and check on customers alto make sure they are satisfied. This place is awesome and the family that runs it is a class act. Love this place❤️

Place is legit. Food is authentic. The pho broth was the best I've had outside of a big city like Philly. I've tried Viet Thai near Lowe's in east York and it was not even close. Pho Ngoc has more noodles, more meat, and waaay better broth.
