AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible. They forgot a HUGE part of our order and then the Pizza that did come was ice cold and tasted horrendous. Not sure what they did. We tried to contact them and it is absolutely impossible to reach the store. They will never answer, you get put direct to a hold line and then they hang up. And if they do answer it’s an overseas support line that is rude as hell and when they transfer you to the store, again, the store hangs up. The whole operation here is beyond unprofessional. Never even got reimbursed for the missing food. Avoid.

Food was fine, but the service was a bit off. Also, they took about 5 minutes to even acknowledge we were there despite seeing us within the first. Store looked closed and they do drive through only after 8, which is not shown on their door or their website. Overall, kinda sucked.

I prefer to visit this Pizza Hut's drive-thru for convenience, but unfortunately, my experiences have been inconsistent. Areas for improvement include the sauce quality, which sometimes tastes old, and pizza baking, which is often uneven. Additionally, customer service staff often seem unengaged, making it feel like I'm bothering them. Simple requests, such as dicing peppers and onions, are also overlooked.
I hope management will address these issues to improve the experience.

Called to ask a question to make sure we were ordering from the correct location and the individual that answered the phone was completely rude, swearing at us, saying we were calling him to ask that stupid of a question. Will NEVER go to this location or recommend it to anyone one. Very unprofessional employees that should not be employed anymore.

The pan pizza is the best! There's just something about Pizza Hut that's so nostalgic. People are people people-ing everywhere and If you're kind to people, you usually get that same love back. Same goes for here. I've never had a bad experience with anyone. One time a young lady took my order and was ecstatic and kind. Another time I had a little mix up and went to a different pizza hut up the street and they were all cool. Super chill. I got my pizzas . .

We placed an order online to this store and it charged us, but it did not take our order. We called into this store and they were really rude. We spoke to two people and they acted like it was such an inconvenience. They gave us the number for a refund, and some random guy picked up and said we would have to wait until tomorrow. These people are rude. $74 order and the customer device is disgusting!
