This is not the location pictured on the website. It is very shady and I would have never ordered from here intentionally. There is another location 1.3 miles away that I thought I was ordering from where we could have done In. I am beyond disappointed.

Food is so inconsistent. Sometimes taste like the way pizza hut should be sometimes it's like a group of elementary students made it. Service is udderlly horrendous such a lack of professionalism and customer oriented service. Atmosphere is a run done old building that is great need of upgrades as well as better lighting and cleaner counter

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible. They forgot a HUGE part of our order and then the Pizza that did come was ice cold and tasted horrendous. Not sure what they did. We tried to contact them and it is absolutely impossible to reach the store. They will never answer, you get put direct to a hold line and then they hang up. And if they do answer it’s an overseas support line that is rude as hell and when they transfer you to the store, again, the store hangs up. The whole operation here is beyond unprofessional. Never even got reimbursed for the missing food. Avoid.

Food was fine, but the service was a bit off. Also, they took about 5 minutes to even acknowledge we were there despite seeing us within the first. Store looked closed and they do drive through only after 8, which is not shown on their door or their website. Overall, kinda sucked.

Parking: I walked there from a hotel in downtown York and it was a pleasant environment

I prefer to visit this Pizza Hut's drive-thru for convenience, but unfortunately, my experiences have been inconsistent. Areas for improvement include the sauce quality, which sometimes tastes old, and pizza baking, which is often uneven. Additionally, customer service staff often seem unengaged, making it feel like I'm bothering them. Simple requests, such as dicing peppers and onions, are also overlooked.
I hope management will address these issues to improve the experience.

Called to ask a question to make sure we were ordering from the correct location and the individual that answered the phone was completely rude, swearing at us, saying we were calling him to ask that stupid of a question. Will NEVER go to this location or recommend it to anyone one. Very unprofessional employees that should not be employed anymore.
