They don't have ketchup and other condiments out like other Popeye's locations. Their self serve soda fountain was not in service. It took almost an act of congress to get a side of mayonnaise. The chicken was ok, but the breast that I got in my combo was very dry. Most of the tables had crumbs on them from previous customers. Won't be going back to this location, I'd rather drive to Carlisle or Harrisburg.
I went through the drive through and my card declined. I apologized and and asked to delete 2 items. Then when they handed me my order I drove over to a parking place to make sure I received everything (because sometimes drive through orders get mistakes). In my order was 2 mashed potatoes with gravy and I received 1 rice with gravy. So I brought my receipt and the rice. Food was good, went through drive thru (only customer in drive thru) and had terrible customer service turns out it was the manager after seeing his tag at the pick up window. Not friendly at all, and after he handed me my order he turned around without any comment to me after I said thank you. New East York location you need to do better especially since Chick-fil-A is right across the street where I normally go with great customer service.
