I have not taken a bite of the cake yet but phewwwwwwwww customer service is awful, they basically bullied my wife into buying a 50 dollar cake and then gave her an open box and said they didn’t have a bag. I recently called to place an order for my mother's birthday cake, as she specifically requested it from this cake shop. Unfortunately, my experience on the phone was quite disappointing. I was spoken to in a rude and rushed manner, which left me confused and shocked. ! Theyre very talented not only with taste but also with their artistic designs. I gave them a picture off of Pinterest for my son’s first birthday cake and they did better than the picture provided!
