The service was ok. My waiter at the end said he didn't have change for $100. He asked if he could keep my change as the tip. I asked him to go to his manager and get change. He then brought back change. That's the only thing that changed my mood. I wasn't trying to leave over $40 as a tip.

I go here all the time, Kat is normally the manager onsite and she is always so helpful and attentive and making sure the entire restaurant is running smoothly. Love it here!

We enjoyed my mother’s 90th birthday. Our waitressJamie and the manager Kay were very nice. My mother requested Red Lobster and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you.

I’m not sure I’ve ever felt more negative after a restaurant experience. Virtually every family in the place was unhappy. Service was slow. Food was slow. Items were wrong. Server had to ask three or four times what we ordered and what we want. Never knew who to give what to. it was mass chaos. Servers apologizing everywhere. Customers complaining everywhere. I hate to say it, but I think my puppy could run the place better.
Yes, we got free desserts because of all the inconvenience and I could tell our server was bothered by the high-level of incompetency. But I would never go back under any conditions.

Arrived at an off time on Saturday and nobody was there. Server was great and attentive to us. The food on the other hand was quite terrible. I ordered the dragon shrimp which is shown to be covered in sauce but only a small amount was put onto the fried shrimp. The rice was terrible and overcooked it was so overcooked you had chomp down with your teeth. Overall I don’t think I would come back especially because of the high cost and low food quality

We had the pick 3 shrimp (Walt’s, Garlic Scampi and Fettuccine Alfredo) and the Admiral’s Feast which were both delicious! Cheddar Bay biscuits were larger! Server Eddie was very hospitable and attentive. Manager Kat checked in as well. Nice atmosphere where we could actually see and hear each other for conversations. Looking forward to returning soon.

Was looking forward to a good meal WRONG!!!!! my wife's crab legs wouldn't pull apart.my shrimp were greasy the biscuits weren't even done and had tons of butter or something because they were greasy also.we had no silverware the waiter sucked! I don't care if he only worked here for a week! He forgot our biscuits we had to remind him.we had to tell him we have no silverware.he doesn't come back to check to see if you need anything we had to ask for another drink.we had to ask for everything!!! Won't be back again! For the price it all around sucks!
