We went today at 4pm and there was no line which I thought was unusual. The booth and table was dirty and sticky to touch. We ordered 3 salads and all three salads came out with rotten lettuce and watered down dressing. My son and I had the ultimate feast and our food arrived cold. My husband had the new crab boils and the crab legs and the shrimp were so fishy he couldnt even eat them the corn was mush and it had so much butter it was overwhelming. Our bill was nearly $160 and after complaining they only took $30 off the bill. I will never go back and eat there again. I am so disappointed.

Been a favorite go to place for over 50 years. Visit different red lobsters but go an hour from my home because they closed the one in Bel Air Md. Love the gift card promo with bonus cards.

It wasn't too busy. We haven't been here in a few years. Got served right away. Bread was great, as always. I got one of the seafood bowls. It was okay. Unfortunately, I have had better. The small lobster was okay. The other person had shrimp scampi. Everything looked good, and the service was good. Sorry to say, but it will be a while before we go back.

If you are black do not go here. I'm from the south and yet I have never witnessed or experienced such racism. The server was inattentive to me and the few other black patrons but was very responsive to the white patrons. After receiving my order I never saw my server again. I noticed the other patrons that arrived after me get their checks before me. I had to ask the manager for my check and after talking about my service or therefore lack of one. All I got was an empty Apology and a roll of eyes.

I got the feast, seafood was under cooked and had no flavor. Then my party got fish and chips and a sirloin with crab meat on top. The fish and chips were definitely premade, maybe even frozen. The sirloin was over cooked and the crab meat had no flavor.

It would take a miracle for me to go back. I thought I'd give it another chance with the new CEO and all and was very disappointed.

Just skip this place and go to the Captain Crab and get some good tasting seafood.

It would have been nice if server would have waited a few minutes until we finished our salads before bringing the entreé. Coconut shrimp were actually only lukewarm by the time we finished our salads.

This place is very unsanitary and not clean at all the food I received had a fly in it I maid the manager aware she argued the fact of the fly being dead in my food when it was in plane view I immediately left and called the health department she was very unprofessional unpleasant unkind and seemed like she just wanted to argue never once said she was sorry that she would refund my meal , I should have known better than to come here after seeing one of their managers out side Physically fighting someone outside their store a couple weeks later ….. also heard rumors afterwords of employees finding a dead mouse in the lobster rolls , my opinion this place should be shut down and the people they hired should be screened better epically if their in the fee old of management .
