Waited at the host stand for over 5 minutes today at approx 4 pm and was never greeted by an employee. If I hadn't been meeting someone there, I would have left. No one around to greet customers.

Visited another Red Robin a couple of weeks ago and gave 5 stars. The onion ring tree was very over done. Mac and cheese was very bland at best. A couple of female waitresses need schooled on proper etiquette for apparel. It's not a Hooters joint. There were children in there. Probably go back to the other Red Robin on Lincoln hiway in Lancaster

Came here for lunch and the service was good, but the food has gone downhill. Got pretzel bits and they were all burnt, and you could have gotten a better burger from McDonald's.

This particular location was very enjoyable. Split the fish and chips, and both of us got dinner salads. Plenty to eat, and the atmosphere was actually very nice and not noisy. Could actually hear each other talk and have a conversation.

First of all the music was too loud I placed an order for a salmon and my daughter placed an order for a Mushroom vegan burger and was told that they were out of salmon And we were told by the cook who came out they were out of impossible burgers. They have a limited selection of vegan options I would not recommend this place to a vegan.

Food and service are typically great! It's my kids favorite place to eat and one of them is a picky eater. They love the mozzarella twists, pretzel bites and my picky one says their chicken tenders are The Best.

General manager said they won't serve me there. No reason why. I've eaten here 40 times or more.

One of the worst experiences I've ever been a part of. Our food came out very slow, 2 burgers at 3pm. There were maybe 7 or 8 tables seated in the whole place. When the food came out it was like warm at best, fries were cold. Sent fries back to receive new fries. When the new fries came out they were sitting in a pile of oil. The oil was so thick I literally poured it into another container, total oil was approximately 3 oz. Asked for new fries again,and they came out properly. The next refill of fries were again cold. The burger I ordered was missing key ingredients like the garlic aioli sauce and jalapenos. The $18 burger consisted of 1 patties, 4 small breaded jalapenos and a roll. This place is an absolute nightmare and I cannot imagine any owner being proud of such an establishment.

We took our grandson for his birthday, 2 of us got the Whiskey River burger. We got 2 little onion crisps very little lettuce and no BBQ sauce.
