Host tried to seat us crammed in like sardines. Thankfully was moved to a booth but then waited over 20 minutes for no server to ever show. Manager even walked by checking tables and never checked to see if we had been served. This may be even remotely understandable if it was busy but it was very dead.

Getting tired and is tough to keep clean. Noticed a bit of trash on the floor around some of the tables but that's more about the customers not caring about how they act at a dinner table.

Every time we order food to go, it's poor quality and SOMETHING is missing. It's always something big missing too, like a $20 burger. The quality control is terrible and customer support is questionable.Also, who puts a salad in the same container as your burger? The salad was all wilted and sweaty by the time it was eaten.Very unfortunate for this location to be this terrible.

Honestly, food was really good. Service however was not. No thoughts behind the eyes of our server. Didn’t smile. It was an odd experience to say the least. I’d definitely order online pick my order up & eat it in the car before sitting down here. The bathrooms were disgusting as well & definitely hadn’t been cleaned (mind you- they weren’t busy & it was dinner time on a Sunday) definitely got my Red Robin fix for the year!
First time at this place. Always wanted to check this out. The burger was DELICIOUS! So were the sides. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. Loved the atmosphere. They have a lot of options on their menu. I'll have to come back and try other things. Great place:)

Chicken was like rubber, turkey burger was cold. There was all kinds of staff hanging around, but service was very, very slow and very poor. Waitress was not well attentive to customers and did not know basics of serving a table.

I ordered take out. Repeated, and verified my order 3 times. A cheeseburger extra cheese, well done. Nothing else on it. No lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, Just exactly what I ordered. Upon picking up my order, they asked if I wanted to give a tip, which I did. My total was over 16$. I got home, I had a rare cheeseburger, hardly any cheese. Tomatoes, onions, pickles and smothered in Ketchup and Mayo. A few soggy fries thrown in on the side. It really isn’t that hard to listen to the customer, and follow the instructions.
