Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

it's awesome they should make a store all year. we go to east York and loucks everybody is so awesome. the lady in east York let's us try the ice in case we don't like it she goes above and beyond. They should make Christmas kinds also. see you all next year thank you Rita's my daughter loves this place

They close at 10 and close at 9 makes no sense why put that they close at 10!

Customer service is terrible. Didn’t revive what we actually ordered. When approached about the wrong order. They claimed that what we actually ordered they don’t recall that, then claimed that we were only charged for what we had received. I know what I was charged and what I paid for…..which numbers don’t lie!

Thought I would see what this is all about when I was driving past. Asked about flavors that did not have any high fructose corn syrup in them and one of the kids at the register recommended their dragon fruit flavored icy. I was eyeballing the Gelatis, so I asked if they could make my dragon fruit icy "Gelati" style. Even on a cool day, the dessert was just what I wanted. The icy was refreshing and not too sweet. The custard, a wonderful creamy texture and also lightly sweet. Very happy with this experience.
