First tried to place order online. Would only let me do 3 items. So then had to call the other 5 items in when they opened. I was assured that they would give both orders at pick up. When my person got there to pick up they were assured they had both ordersin the bag. Got back to the office and nope. Only one of the orders. So called to see if they could bring it to us since they made mistake. Nope! And then the person I was talking to said do you want a refund or are you going to come get it. I don’t have time for this. I said this will be the last time I order from Rob’s. And he said Oh well and hung up. Whoever is in charge.. you have the BEST FOOD. But some of the people you have working for you are horrible and you will lose a lot of business because of them.

Hot sauce tastes more sweet than hot. The salsa has nearly no flavor (I had to add two limes and some salt to add any flavor to the pint of salsa I ordered). Burrito is decent size but honestly chipotle would give you a bigger burrito for cheaper price and more flavor

I've been coming here for over a decade, and while I don't live in York anymore, I always stop by when I visit the area. They make my favorite quesadilla, I love their burrito, and love their sauces, especially pearl harbor. They're chips and salsa are also delicious. I also like the alternative atmosphere. Nice change for East York. Wish we had them in Harrisburg!

Love the food but don't go in and sit down and eat, They pay music with foul language, drug use and gangster type life style. Definitely not kid friendly. When you say something to them they laugh and turn the music up. We will never ever be coming back to this location..this location has gone way down hill ..East York location.. ITS A SHAME.

I am rating this place a 5 overall, but I will say I am extremely disappointed in Rob’s recently.This place quickly became my goto burrito joint last year. Always satisfied with the food. Flavorful, reasonable, and I always left feeling full.These days, the portions are pathetic. I’m not sure if it’s the new staff, this location specifically, or I’m getting bad luck everytime I come. I simply eat my burrito in 4 bites. They aren’t making them as big as they used to and it makes me sad. I used to leave feeling joyful everytime I gave them my 11 dollars because the burrito was perfect size. Now, I’m hesitant to go because I don’t want to waste my money on mostly tortilla.

This is the first time I have been to the York location and unfortunately it was pretty disappointing in comparison to Lancaster’s location. I placed an online order at 7pm for pickup at 8pm. When we got there right before 8 they told us it wasn’t ready yet. That was fine so we went to wait back out in the car. When I went back in 7ish mins later, they said it still wasn’t ready and it would be another 5 mins. All we ordered were two quesadillas with a side of guacamole, salsa and chips. The staff that were working were socializing with their friends at the counter and could barely be bothered with me or other customers. They put our order in a small brown bag that ripped open from salsa juice at the bottom and forgot our $2.99 guac that we had to go back for. This again was nothing like the amazing experiences we’ve always had at the Lancaster Roburrito’s.
