The Roost for breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good. Sometimes you are seated in the bar which is dark and isn't as great of an atmosphere, but it's a decent place for breakfast.

First time here. It's a great little spot in downtown York. Inside and outside seating. We chose inside on this day. Very friendly and comfy atmosphere. We started with flavored lattes. They were amazing and a big cup, too! I had the roost side salad, which was amazing, and 6 old bay wings. Absolutely delicious. Hubby had the El chapo tacos with a hashbrown and said they were good and did not spare any filling/toppings! Great spot. We will definitely be back!! There's nothing negative to say!

Updating my old review. What a difference from a year ago. It just goes to show that your staff can make or break a restaurant. This time the Bartender was so pleasant, quick, and funny. The staff were all having fun and smiling. The food was hot and delicious. Glad I gave it another try. I would recommend this place.

Have eaten here before and despite being pricey, food was good! Tried to go for brunch today but they were closed, their Facebook page and Google both said open 8-2. :/ atleast I couldn't find anything that mentioned them being closed today.
Such a fun place to come for a meal! The vibe of this place is great! My daughters loved the jukebox. The fun thing was it seemed that everyone was just enjoying what was being played. The food was fantastic!!! I had the root scramble Skillet and it was filling and warmed me up. My daughters ordered a couple of their specialty coffee cold and I think they would have preferred that they ordered them hot. Overall come here and enjoy amazing brunch or pizza!

We got seated on the pizza restaurant side (which yes, the pizza restaurant entrance is the door you'd use), but it was still very nice. We got the beinets, and they were INCREDIBLE! I've had New Orleans beinets and these come fairly close. I would definitely get them again. Also got 2 different kinds of their take on biscuits and gravy and it was so good! Our stomachs are always smaller than our eyes/hearts so we had to take it home but it was very good and I hope to one day return. Our server Jay was also wonderful.

We made a brunch reservation the day before for 22 of us. Our server (Wearing a Baltimore Ravens Jersey) was absolutely amazing. Our group had an assortment of there brunch items and everything was delicious. I had the Garbage biscuit with a bacanator Bloody Mary. The garbage biscuit was delicious as well as the Bloody Mary with the giant piece of bacon. Highly
