Thank you ROOST for the delicious brunch. Slab bacon and fried green tomatoes were so tasty! Service was wonderful. I had the french toast with berries and granola. Portion was huge but more importantly it was delicious. Didn't love the cafeteria style tables in the back but we were a huge party so that's what they had the space for.

They understand the assignment! We challenged them with an easy fail. We went for the salmon bagle. It was spot on. Only time in about 15 opportunities I have seen it perfected.

The breakfast is amazing, crispy bacon and the hash brown is so unique crafted into a square patty and fried. If you can get over the loud TouchTunes playing go get breakfast here, maybe play your own song if it bothers you.

The Roost for breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good. Sometimes you are seated in the bar which is dark and isn't as great of an atmosphere, but it's a decent place for breakfast.
