Everything was great. My Husband, Granddaughter and I loved the pizza and he fried mushrooms. I mistakenly hit pick up and when I called to change it to delivery they were so kind and even gave me good deal on my substitute soda.

Went to get food and started talking with the one male staff member that wore glasses and white hair and said things that were insensitive and inappropriate. He had a really strange demeanor. The food was honestly just ok. The other staff were very kind and helpful. Wouldn’t go again
I used to come here all the time about 20 years ago. Then I moved out of the area. I’m back now and thought I’d give it a try. Still the best cheese sticks around!! Everything else was great too. But it’s hard to find amazing cheese sticks

Stopped in to check out a cheese pizza and was not disappointed. Right of the bat i could tell the cheese was the kind that I like. The sauce was realllly good too. The overall flavor reminds me of my favorite local pizza place

Food is excellent, the way pizza is suppose to taste! Only thing I could complain about is the young girl could have notified me that my order was ready, went in to pick up my food was told 2 minutes for the pizza, no problem, sat down and waited for about 6-7 mins, finally went up to the counter where she was sitting doing nothing, my food was sitting on top of the oven. She clearly seen me sitting there waiting, she could have been paying more attention to the customers waiting for food. Love the fries!

Visiting York from out of town. I had an inch to eat some Stromboli like one does in Pennsylvania. We were lucky enough Shakey Jakes was open until 11. My team and I visited and most of us ordered a Boli. We were told a small would feed one person. So I ordered a large.
Holy Stromboli, this thing was huge. I only got through half but I brought it home so I can enjoy it for the next two days. It was so good I felt like it was sent from heaven above. This was EASILY the best food I have ever eaten in Pennsylvania. I can't recommend Shakey Jakes enough. Can't wait to go there again in 3 days when I finally finish my large Boli.
