Usually Sheetz has very clean restrooms ! This one not so much as you can see in the picture ! Absolutely disgusting.
They're all parked right next to Sheetz! It's incredibly dangerous for a professional driver to park there because so many truckers park without any regard for fire safety regulations. A visit from the fire department is definitely in order. My exit was perilous, so imagine if we have a scheduled appointment at the industrial site in York and the surrounding area!
If I could give them night shift a lower score I would. With the parking lot full they put caution tape across the hole fuel island because the pumps are down instead of just putting bags on the pump. So the over flo trucks could get back out to leave it was possible at the time I was in there . It was tough on the trailers because had to jack knife to get turned around. Will never be back ever.
Just walked out mid order on 10/04/2025. Trying to order food everything on menu says unavailable. Literally everything. Ask if kitchen is open. They say yes. I tell them the menu says unavailable. Their responseis simply then ita unavailable. That leans the kitchen is closed is no food can ordered. Such stupidity in that store..
Its a great place if you enjoy parking at a literal garbage dump, iv never seen so much garbage in on parking lot in my life.
Truckers: don't count on finding parking here, its full day or night. Lazy drivers like to park like total animals when the spots are full, blocking the entire parking lot up. I'd pass on this place. Food is good and inside is surprisingly clean. They NEED to enforce parking and tow the guys not in spots here.
The quality of food has gone down. I recently ordered my regular grilled chicken sub. The chicken completely changed to this minced/shredded gross chicken. Absolutely horrible!!! The new marinara sauce for the cheesestick is absolutely horrible, bring the old sauce back.
$12 for 3 street tacos that were empty and thrown together.
Terrible food. Ordered beef tacos. Was more cheese than meat. For nearly the cost of a taco bell meal it could have been better. Ate one threw the rest out. Don't eat here. They could care less about your experience as a customer.
Homophobia has no place in 2025!!!

Kinsley is an absolute sweetheart. So kind and has a smile that could make anyone’s day better. It sure did mine.
Ordered a half club sub. Everywhere else in the world a club sandwich has bacon. No bacon in the club sandwich. A club sandwich at Sheetz is a turkey and ham cold cut sandwich. Why not just call it what it is? I asked for it toasted and it was not. The Asiago cheese bread also not cheesy. Extra charge for cheese ($1)! Very disappointing sandwich.
Not happy about the menu changes in value meals. Once again you are now getting less and paying more. Used to offer any size drinks, now only a regular drink. But you pay more? I know drinks don’t cost that much for a little more. Lost me as a customer.
25 minutes to wait for food when there's almost nobody else in the store is stupid.
Ok. This is likely a Sheetz issue and not specific to this store, but here we go. I was dying for some tacos, not REAL tacos, but Taco Bell style, so I figured Sheetz’s 6/$6 taco deal would be a great option. I ordered through the drive through and when I touched the 6/$6 offer, it added right to my cart with no additional questions.
I got home and opened the box to find hard shelled tacos that had been fried. This is NOT what was depicted in the photo, but I’m pretty open to trying new things, so I went for it. I picked up the first one to find it DRIPPING with grease and almost completely devoid of toppings. In fact, there was maybe 1/2 teaspoon of something that looked like refried beans, smelled like dog food, and tasted like something in between. There were no other toppings in the taco. That’s it. Grease and some sort of brown mush. I couldn’t eat them.
I called the store and asked the manager if this is what I was supposed to have. He told me it was my fault for not ordering toppings. Okay, maybe I missed the screen somehow. The real concerning issue is that I asked him several times what this mush is and he was unable to tell me. He just repeatedly dodged the question. I asked him, “is this beef?” and he didn’t not reply.
He made no attempt to repair the situation.
Take my advice. DO NOT ORDER THE TACOS.
