This is the best smoothie king I’ve been too! Taty & Kevin had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were knowledgeable and informed me about the menu, without making me feel as if I was rushed. They also worked swiftly to ensure my items were made in decent time. I will definitely be back to this location! If you’re in the East York area pay them a visit!

Over a 20 min wait for 2 smoothies because staff besides to sit inside and have a social gathering instead of work. And the order was wrong on top of it all, and smoothie was not even blended, just chunks of ice and watery.

Horrible customer service at East York. 20-30 min drive thru wait times. Order was wrong, instead of remaking it, they just added more ice to a new cup, smoothie was a big block of ice and inedible.

The young ladies were very helpful and patient with me, I didn't know what I wanted as it was a first time for me. Plenty of options and then I found after I ordered, they even have a "secret" menu. I suppose it's just as well they did not point out the secret menu in the beginning, the last thing I needed was more options. Well done ladies.
