Hit or miss, I go there every morning and can't even get them to put caramel in my drink half the time. only one or two people that actually do it.

I always get the frappuccino and was very disappointed when our drinks had whipped cream on the bottom. The drinks are not cheap...I want a full cup on coffee

Really wanna take the time to thank the staff from this location. I had asked if they could write a special note on the drink I had gotten for my sister. They fulfilled my request and made my night in one trip, they were also very kind and courteous. They definitely deserve employee of the month for going above and beyond. Thank you❤️❤️❤️!!! (Not gonna include the whole note, but very cute!)

Placed my order on line which I get three times a day from various locations
I order a Chai Latte without water
I picked up my order and I burned my mouth and tongue.
So I called the store to let them know they might want to check their temperature when steaming the milk.
The associate who answered the phone said it was because I ordered it without the water.
I always ordered without the water and I have never been burned before.
So when I told her that she gave me attitude for complaining about the drink.
So if she doesn’t care enough to listen to her customers maybe she shouldn’t be working at Starbucks

I can not say enough good things about Starbucks. Consistent from store to store, prices fixed as well, and the staff all tend to be upbeat coffee lovers and baristas par excellence! I’d love if they’d float a gluten free breakfast sandwich - perhaps on a gluten free croissant. This location is on my route at least three times a week and I stop by often. I love when the barista writes a note or draws a picture on your cup. Positively love it. It’s a great way to make drive through folks smile. Keep up the great work!!!

This particular store the staff was incredibly friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Their food is never to write anything home about, but it works. This particular store stood out just because of the service!!

Placed a mobile order and waited 5 minutes after I placed it before entering the drivethrough as I saw no other cars in your drivethru and didn't see anyone but employees inside.
I was perfectly fine with waiting for my order, I didn't rush you, I wasn't rude to you. I just wanted you to know I was there so my drinks aren't just sitting there melting. I'd like you to do your job, and do it properly. Which is to make my drinks the way I requested when I paid for them. I paid a lot, I will sit and wait.
It is unprofessional in my opinion, to tell me to give you more time in the future to complete my order. Especially when I wasn't at all annoyed by the wait.
Also quite rude when my frappucinos were then also made incorrectly, only one was a creme frappucino. The others should be the coffee ones, and they are definitely lacking in that.
You need to have better manners and do your job correctly or I fear you will continue to lose more business. I doubt I'll be back to this location and I won't be reccomending it to others.

Only positive thing I can say is the apple crossaint was still decent
