I usually come here before work with no issues. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 4 years and have no issues receiving or making a matcha tea latte with no ice before. I mobile ordered and when I picked it up, it wasn’t full and half of it was just foam and not drink. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told they cannot make it any differently even when I tried to offer suggestions for how I would make it when I worked at SBUX. I was disappointed I couldn’t order a drink I liked anymore and asked for a refund. That’s when a very nice and kind barista, Cara, said she could make it the way I like and I really appreciate her for that. She did a wonderful job and it’s made really well, I’m just disappointed that 2 other baristas did not want to help. Overall will keep coming here, I just sadly won’t order this drink anymore.

My wife ordered 2 drinks for my daughter and herself, and was in there for 15 minutes becanse they forgot too make 1 drink- a hot tea with no sugar and no creme- pretty easy i think-

If online says you are open at 400 than at 430 your door should be opened. Your workers are turning people away and losing money for you.

This morning we had an issue with another Starbucks location. Our May Day order didn't come in. Devin from the East York Starbucks was able to donate. Thank you so much. Our students and families will be happy 😄

love the workers at this location!

Was visiting here in the mornings while out of town auditing one of my labs in York, and on my way out the last day, an engaging barista named Jasmine asked me if I was doing anything fun that day, as she took my order... When I told her I had to drive all the way to Richmond, VA, she suggested some very unique spots for me to visit while there, and even shared a resource for me to use at finding unique and interesting places like that, wherever I go.

My husband so sweetly suggested getting lattes out because my espresso machine was having difficulty, and i just couldn't figure it out.
I was already happy that i was getting a latte out with my husband when the barista offered to make our lattes in ceramic mugs. Be still my heart. It was like a kiss from God in heaven. I was even happier. My caramel brulee latte was extra scrumptious this time, and i sure loved the added touch of kindness.

My husband loves the lemon loaf and the caramel macchiato!

Went to this location on a beautiful, warm, Monday afternoon. There are customers inside and outside and three employees at the front counter. Two of them were conversing with one another and one was wiping down the counter. I stood in front of all three of these people for 5 minutes. No one spoke to me or attempted to take my order. There was no one else in line. I did not have on my cloak of invisibility so I’m not sure just why they were so rude. I walked out with nothing. If you can’t greet me I will keep my money in my pocket. Do better!

I could be a little bias because I do love me some Starbucks, but I really like this one. Such friendly staff and they open at one of the earliest times for a Starbucks , which I am thankful for! No drive thru but that doesn’t matter if you order ahead, they get your drinks out so fast and efficiently. If you’re in the York area , head to this Starbucks!

Almost every day

This Starbucks is literally my favorite store. All the staff are always friendly, helpful, and have the best customer service. Thank you Devin and all the staff in the store for always being AMAZING, and help start my morning off to a good start.
