I was surprised by a $5.00 gratuity that was added to my $11 order. When I asked I was told added it but if I said it wasn't authorized they could void it and reprocess the transaction. At this point the card terminal was handed to me and the tip page was never displayed previously was visible making me certain it was added by the employee. No apology and maintained it was my error. After thinking about it I called the store concerned this type of theft may be happening without management knowledge... nope I was told it was the manager that waited on me. I then asked for the District manager and I was asked to hold while the employee got their number- and line line went dead. Total lack of customer service and potential fraud. Watch the charge to your cards or better yet choose to get your morning fix at trustworthy establishment.

The coffee is good but they do not fill the cups appropriately. This is my coffee cup (a grande) the last two times I have gotten the cinnamon dulce latte before I’ve even taken a sip. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money.

A lot of times Starbucks is so use to making things a particular way. So when you ask for something not to be done they do it anyway. And if you're in a rush it's a problem.

The drinks are always made super speedy! The baristas are also super friendly. Yesterday, I came here extremely anxious because I had never stepped foot in a starbucks before. Sara (might have butchered the spelling) had taken my order! She was super helpful and I felt more relaxed asking for what I wanted. I said I wanted an iced coffee but wasn’t sure how much cream I wanted. She said she’ll give me creamer and told me there was flavoring (syrup i think) and I asked for caramel. She was super helpful and didn’t overwhelm me at all with my anxiety and I’m super happy she was the one who took my order. Today I went into starbucks feeling less anxious and Ashley took my order today. She was extroverted, friendly and overall really great! We had a small chat about film (movies & stuff) and she complimented my outfit which was a great start to my day. I’m really happy to make this review, keep up the good work !!
