I go here frequently because I work nearby. My tea is almost always made wrong, most of the time I pay extra to customize my drink and it’s not added to the drink. Today I went inside because the drive thru was extremely busy, a manager was there catching up with a friend in front of the cash register and didn’t once acknowledge me standing there waiting to order, she didn’t move to the side even though the person she was talking to was done ordering and only waiting to receive her items. The Starbucks located inside the giant just down the road from here has much better service and quality of drinks

Honestly you want good service? Go somewhere else. I’m in the drive thru for what seemed like forever. The parking lot wasn’t full. Then the kid who was running the drive thru, he tried to hand me someone’s else’s drink and say it was mine. I got an iced pistachio latte with oat milk and he had given me a tall hot chocolate….. definitely not the same and he said he would look for my drink soon. All he did was stand there…. I could literally see it next to him…. Like dude how hard is it to ask for help and not stand there twiddling your thumbs.

I used to be a frequent flyer at this Starbucks. I’ve stopped going as frequently and invested in my own espresso machine. I still make the occasional stop in for beans and syrup. I always get a drink when I do but more often than not my hot drinks are missing about an inch of drink. It’s infuriating to buy coffee that is pretty expensive these days and to be shorted most of the time. I hadn’t even taken a sip out of this latte yet and when I picked it up I immediately felt like half the drink was missing!
The people that work here have no sense of urgency or service. Being slow is acceptable if justified.

I’m not sure if Starbucks decided to change their ICED CHAI Tea Latte however the past few times I’ve stopped for a tea they have literally looked and tasted like Milk Water with a hint of Chai it’s gross!

This Starbucks location has its good days and bad days.
Once in a while you are in the drive-thru line from hell where the line isn't moving, other days you can pull right up and grab your drink.
If I see the line wrapped around to the front doors of the building I continue driving on.
If you go inside to get your drink, you may be sitting there for a period of time awaiting for your drink while the Barista is too busy making a drink for an online order pickup that never arrives and they end up dumping the drink.
Lately I've just driven down Queens to Dunkin as the service is faster and you don't get asked to provide a tip on their credit card swiper.

Getting into the parking lot is a nightmare alone, then trying to find parking is a whole other ordeal. I had to park at Wendy's to be able to go inside. Once inside, it was pleasant and I was able to order quickly. The baristas weren't calling out names very loudly, so I thought it was taking a while, only to find out my coffee was sitting for a bit along with a handful of online orders. The person I was with also didn't hear their name. Though my coffee was prepared well and everyone was friendly, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location, particularly because of the parking lot and drive-thru issues.

I ordered online for drive thru pickup and got to the speaker to request my order the customer service was very poor. I was cut off twice when trying to speak on changes I needed to be made to my drink. When staining to the order window I expressed that I was cut off from speaking twice and the drive thru worker response was please pull up to wait. Not “ I apologize or I understand” or even my apologies ma’am” just “pull up”
Then I sat out front for 7 Minutes just to get a cookie warmed. Then when I received my drink it wasn’t made correctly. This has been a terrible experience. In my opinion hire people who actually want to and know how to work with the public. Customer are very important to any business. I spend $25-35 every visit 3-4 times per week.
Today was a Very rude experience.
I paid for my Hot green tea and oat meal like always. When the young man tried to give me a cold green tea I reminded him it was to be a hot green tea, he eye rolled me walked away from the window. I was pissed and offended I sat at the window for about 2 more minutes. The young man never returned I was not given my tea or oatmeal. That I paid for. Will not go back, I'll just make my tea and oat meal at home. I don't need anyone eye rolling me. I told the other person at the window just keep my order. I left.
We ordered the new frozen energy drink. We received it and the strawberry puree was missing. The batista simply dumped some of the drink out and put the cup in w out, mixing it. Then after drinking it the energy drink wasn't even in the drink.
This is the first bad experience I've ever had at Statbucks.

Can't taste good or atmosphere as we went through the drive through. Arbor and drinks were great!
