Had high hopes since this is under new management and I love their current bakery! Food was just ok … service was so bad I don’t think I could go back. Waited 45 min for soft drinks. Food took another HOUR to come out and things were missing/wrong/never fixed even when we asked about it. Top it off with a very rude server when kindly asking for checks since it had been 3 HOURS since our party was sat and we needed to be somewhere. Unfortunately I’ve been seeing reviews very similar to my experience for the 3 months this has been under new ownership. I think they need to close down and regroup. Clearly not ready for a full service restaurant.

We were so excited to go back to Stone Grill since it was bought by Copper Crust. Our experience was quite disappointing. Service was not good. The Maryland Crab Soup was so over peppered it was almost un-edible. Our entrees were so-so at best. Menu was the same as our last time at Stone Grill. Hoping Copper Crust will give this place a spark! It surely needs it.

First time here today & I definitely won’t ever be back! I got the bang bang shrimp taco’s & a fry. The taco’s were cold & were so gross, my fry was the only thing I could finish. The Restaurant also had a smell to it which made me feel more nauseated🤢 Left hungry & was not worth the price $

We had stopped going to Stone Grill because it was awful. I read the restaurant had been sold to the owners of Copper Crust.(Yum) We have dined 3 times since change of ownership. So good now! The menu appears to be slowly changing. A good thing! Drinks are poured with care. Food is excellent. Highly recommend trying the restaurant especially if you are like us and had stopped patronizing the restaurant.

Arranged a gathering with a group of colleagues last night (Tuesday) but found myself apologizing all night. Two of the co-workers never got their food, some of the food came out cold and the wait was ridiculous. To top it off, I took a blackened shrimp fettuccine home for someone at home and she found a long hair in the middle of her fettuccine. This place is going to lose a lot of business if the new owners don’t act quickly. At 27.00 for the fettuccine, I will be calling the manager today.

Food was honestly gross. I got the fish tacos with plantains on the side for some reason? The fish tacos were ice cold and so wet they were dripping and my tortilla was totally soggy. I could barely finish one. It did not taste good. The plantains were also cold, mushy, and had no flavor at all. I do not feel well after eating here. My husband's burger was burnt and his bacon was rubbery. Save yourself the trouble (and money) and eat somewhere else in York.

The service and atmosphere wasn't the problem. The problem was the nasty food. The Maryland crab soup smelled like the water out of the Baltimore harbor, the ahi tuna tacos came out cold and soggy like they sat there for a long time before being brought out, and everything else was lukewarm. Three of our family members got sick after eating here. Will not be returning.
The five of us meet for lunch weekly and often went to the Stone Grill. The new menu was not as extensive as before and disappointing. Lunch was not as busy as before. We will look elsewhere for lunch.

Took 40 min for soft drinks to arrive is a CRAZY amount of time.we had a large party so we were forgiving. Food came out 1 hr 45 min after. A lot of things were missing or wrong. Wait staff is rude, slow and it’s such a shame. Food we did get was pretty good but cold. The place also needs renovation. Bathrooms are pretty gross.

20 minutes before waiter came to get drink order,another 20 minutes to order food and appetizers, food and appetizers came out at same time.only time waiter came to table was in the beginning to get our order and at the end with the bill. The hostess sat us in the first corner table,staff walked by not paying us any attention even when we tried to get a refill on water....Very poor service

New owners have done an amazing job of adding their own spin on this restaurant! Great happy hour! Absolutely loved the tacos with fried plantains. Crab dip was superb and portions are HUGE! Our server was a little salty but, hey, perfection is hard to achieve. Will definitely make this a weekly visit.
