If the owners are there and making your food, it will not be made well and the bare minimum will be used. The kids that work after school do an amazing job. I have ordered here several times and this seems to be the theme. Recommend ordering after 4pm, or go to the store to see who’s working before ordering.

I ordered food on door dash to pick ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait because I was on a time crunch. I am very reasonable I work in customer service and have worked at a subway in the past however I walk in expecting to pick up my food and go and they didn't even start making it. I had two sandwiches and I know that would have taken 5-7 min which I did not have time to wait. the store was completely empty as well so they were not busy at all. This is very frustrating consider when people order to be completed when ordered ahead of time. I would recommend that if you order ahead know you will still have to wait for them to make your food.

Not their fault!!! But I miss the wet hot peppers and the sweet peppers. Every sub I buy I add those 2 toppings. If I know in advance I take my own. I quit going on a whim. Now if I want subway before I leave I take my own peppers.

Terrible team - came in with online order that didn’t go through not there fault. However, after I finally got the order to go through a group walked in of about 10 people and they made sandwiches for every single one of them before mine. I was sitting the entire time. After they finished serving the large group one of the employees walked up to me and said “Do you want me to make this order” I looked at him baffled as I had now been in the store for about 30 minutes waiting. Like come on. Than when I asked if I could get chips or a sandwich for them making we wait they laughed in my face. Go to any other subway.

The subs I have ordered from this location have been fine. I always leave a little tip until I was told this evening through a question I asked that if you leave a tip using a bank card the people making the subs don't get it. The only way they receive a tip is if you physically hand over cash to them. Exactly where is my tip that I leave on the card reader going? This certainly is not fair to the employees who are doing the work. I really would like an answer to my question. If not here, I will find out from somewhere. I do know Domino's pizza does the same thing. This is ridiculous. I truly thought I was helping out an employee, guess not

I wish I could give zero stars. The owners are racist and treated my child very poorly. I never purchased any food but a drank and chips cost me near $6
