Great staff and service!! I placed an order from the wrong location on the app so I contacted the restaurant because I couldn't cancel online. The manager had my subs made fresh again the next day when I was able to pick them up!!

Did online order in the app. They did not have the footlong cookie so I asked to be refunded. Manager Theresa did not know how to give refund and said I could come back tomorrow for the cookie. I'm not from the area so I said no and she offered the pretzel in place. Not knowing the pretzel was cheaper than the cookie at the time, I see now that she ripped me off. Granted it's only a few dollars difference but she could have offered something around the same price. Someone needs to teach her how to do a refund if she wants to stay a manager.

By far the worst experience I've had at a subway. I would have rather found a hair in my food at different establishment. Then to deal with the male with a ponytail. Zero manners and the short female with hickeys on her neck that no respect for herself or customer service. Lack is courtesy and plainly just being aware. We stood there for 15 min before even being acknowledged. Not a we will be right with you, not even a glance. Then basically asked what I wanted. No apology for having to wait. Then, the organization skills are not even subpar. Most ingredients had to be fetched from the back. Never again. Thanks, but NO, THANKS.

I took my daughter there after a field hockey game yesterday. Toaster was broken, so immediately frustrated. Ordered a foot long BLT. The person making it over crisped the bacon ( to the point that it was burnt) and then asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. I was thrown off by this since we ordered a BLT. My daughter was starving and just wanted to eat. The restaurant was clean and we were served promptly. The front area was well organized. I would like to think the worker was just tired and this was not a normal experience.

awful. me and my husband ordered online and they got it completely wrong. when we went to pick it up the man inside asked for proof of purchase to see if we were stealing the food. when we showed the purchase receipt of the app he got an attitude and we just took our subs and left.anyways, they basically made two of my husband’s sub except changed the steak to turkey for mine. i ordered completely different toppings than his and they made it exactly like his except the turkey. very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Worst customer service the girl yelled at a customer who ordered online and they messed up her order. She didn’t know this till she got to her work and came back to have them fix it. The lady swore at her and slammed stuff around! I have worked in customer service jobs my whole life and never have been that rude to a customer!!! I will never go to this place again which is sad since I have had good experiences in the past!

I felt bad when I saw there was only pennies in their tip jar but now I understand why. Awful customer service very disrespectful employees that don’t even know their classic subs and it didn’t seem like their first day considering their attitudes were poor. It was two girls a white one with black hair and a black girl with braids. The white girl with black hair went to the back to talk to a male employee and left me with my sub just sitting there until the other girl asked her what she was doing and why she just walked away from me then put a disgusting amount of topping like my avocado and mayonnaise is most of what I got would love for a manager to reach out and see what goes on in that store. It’s sad just walking in.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, but since there isn't ill give it a one. Not because of the food, but because of the service. In particular one worker named Theresa. I had come in multiple times before and successfully used my YCP student I.D card for purchase without problem. I go to pay for my meal and Theresa is not having it. I had explained I had used it multiple times before, in fact she was working a few of the times I had used it. The simple fact of it is that she didn't know how to do it. And wasn't willing to try. I had left and went back in to just see if she would try at least. She used the excuse of "Well i'm leaving soon so..." Ok? And? I would like to know how this is any excuse to refuse my service. I asked if the other worker was familiar with this payment type, which Theresa said that she was new as well, and that she didn't know, even though Theresa herself is not a new employee. Coming up with excuses to not do your job or satisfy customers is lazy and unappreciated. Yelling over your customers questions with comments about how you don't know or don't care are not appropriate in any work environment. If she simply explained the fact that she didn't know how to in a respectful manner and would have at least tried for me, this would have been a whole different situation. Its the fact that she was yelling over top of me, raising her voice when Im simply asking a question. At one point I simply had to walk away and leave to de-escalate the situation cause she obviously wasn't trying to do that. Moral of the story, hopefully she will be leaving a lot sooner now.

Slow service even with the lunch rush. Didn’t have the fountain machine working, should’ve stayed closed

I explained to the woman that I was very hard of hearing and she just responded "so?"! I asked her if she could face me when I spoke and she rolled her eyes, like I was inconveniencing her. It's upsetting as a person who is losing their hearing that this is something I'm going to have to deal with.

I get to the store, it was empty. However I waited for 5 minutes in that time, the employee was starting online orders. She was talking to the other employee and said out loud, “we prioritize online orders if they come in before people walk in the store” that’s fine but why not have one person work on the online order and the one person drop helping them and help me instead of making me wait? Also said to me an employee walked out and they were super busy which they obviously weren’t. Felt like the entire conversation between the employees and me was low-key rude and passive aggressive. Also tried to push their new pizzas on me and the app on me when I kindly hinted that I wasn’t interested. I just wanted to get my sandwich and get out of there, how hard is that to understand?!? Sandwich was standard but I’ll just keep packing my lunches instead of going into subway once a week like I used to.
