Everytime I get off work and come here at 9:30 they are packed up and pissy I want to buy a sub! The works at this locations are absolutely unprofessional and the women are always having attitudes. I walked in and she’s on the phone and says” I got to go these freaking people just keep coming in” well of course Sherlock! It’s a subway! What the heck I don’t get it I called for 20 mins one time . This location needs serious customer retraining back in my day working at subway I loved a good rush! I don’t understand why people are working there that don’t want to work
The lady making my sandwich was incredibly aggressive with her actions and when putting in my number she told me "not yet" three times even tho it was on the screen and then when she permitted it time she said "go ahead and just finish what you started" and overall was very unpleasant and aggressive i would not recommend this location the staff is very unpleasant!

I love so much subway but the thing so bad someone get the food name Michelle she so much attitude everytime i get there 3 times idk why im so nice get order but her face reaction how to say what i want the time I get there ...that why I don't want get my food anymore that kind employee no saying anything hi hello welcome ....it's not busy boring ppl but store good food is good .....

Meat & cheese is sliced paper thin & hardly any on the sandwiches. (4 thin slices of meat & 2 thin triangles of cheese) The bread ratio is very high for the price. I'd rather go to a non-franchise for a sub to get a cheaper meal with normal sliced deli meat. Even the meatballs are smaller & are drowned by the bread. Staff is not friendly, very stern. We asked for mayo in a cup on the side & she told my daughter they can't give it in a cup, only packets. The packets don't taste the same.

On my way to work stopped in to get sub for my lunch shop was empty no one in front waited 3 minutes hello girl came from the back she was very rude stated she was only doing what she was supposed to be doing gave me dirty looks I replied sorry I didn't know where you were still gave me a attitude I told her I would go somewhere else no she replied I will wait on you no thank you I will go where people are more happy at their jobs lost my purchase won't go back there again

Lavert was extremely helpful and professional. This subway has to be one of the most clean locations I have ever been too as well. Overall very pleased with the staff and environment within the store.

Too bad the $5.00 footlong no longer exists. My footlong was almost $11.00 before I added chips and a drink. All in $15.67 for my lunch.
The staffers got flustered when I told them not to add the Parmasian Vinaigrette. They weren’t the friendliest bunch. The food was ok but it will be a while before I visit another Subway.

My husband goes to this location almost daily because it’s convenient for him after working all night long. He made comments daily about how horrible the customer service was from a specific employee. Even stated she was really rude and nasty while he was in there with our autistic daughter. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. However I saw first hand just how nasty she really is. Had a horrible attitude that my husband asked his wrap not be toasted, tossed our food around and flung things like we were putting her out of her way. My husband asked for Parmesan on his sandwich and she immediately snapped at him yelling that they were out it’s gone we don’t have any. I then asked for my chicken to be heated and not the whole sandwich toasted and this also clearly “put her out” as ingredients were being added she put teriyaki sauce on my sandwich and I asked for a little more she aggressively grabbed the bottle and squirted a huge amount in one section of the sub slammed the bottle down and didn’t seem to care at all that 1/4 of the bottle now take up the left side of my sub. I asked for a pretzel she threw the tray on the counter grabbed pretzel from fridge and slammed it upside down on the tray.
Poorly made food, burnt food and a horrible attitude. Not many of us lien our job and that is ok… what is not ok is displaying the behavior that was displayed today.
I will be contacting the BBB, the corporate office as well as trying to get ahold of the store manager.

Do not go here if you if you're ordering in person. Walked in and there were no other customers. The only employee working asked if I had an online order. When I said no, she proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes ignoring me to work on several online orders. She wasn't even halfway finished when I decided to respect my time and leave.
You have a customer in your shop ready to order, and yet you work on orders for people who aren't even there and might not pick them up for another 30 to an hour. How does that make any sense? Never going there again.

Only one star so I can leave a comment...DO NOT GO HERE!!! the woman working yesterday(6/16/24) afternoon was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life! I am a store manager in retail and I would never have hired her or I would be firing her immediately for her attitude towards every customer. I immediately walked out and will never return.

I had to rate it one star to leave a comment, the lady was rudest person I ever met. She didn’t want to serve us at all just because she had finished cleaning but the boy working tried his best to help us out but the lady forced him to not listen to us but he still did his best. His name is “Kasear, great kid”. But the lady ruined customer service
