Order not toasted, definitely was sitting for a while even though I showed up at the pick up time. Wrong toppings and cheeses on subs.

Cleanest place to eat in york. You can eat off the floor as one would say. The manager and her team are doing a great job.

Bad. Was told they only take “certain” coupons. But weren’t very forthcoming. Then wanted a coupon for the meal of the day. It doesn’t require a coupon. The lettuce was brown. The Diet Pepsi WAS NOT Diet Pepsi. Not sure what it was. Horrible! I will not be back.

Walked in with a coupon and was respectfully told it didn’t apply for my sub. Tried the same order online and the coupon worked fine. Went back in store the next day and was told by the manager online is totally different and the coupon said the store has the right to refuse it. I do not understand how I can use the deal and give this store my money online, yet not in person. Strange

Walked in for lunch not a soul there literally. I had to shout asking if anyone was working after 5 minutes. Then two employees come out from the back clearly stoned off something out of their mind. Didn't make my sub right asked for extra mayo didn't get ANY. What a joke. Wont be back. Good job management 🙄

When I went to order a 12 INC SUB they instead gave me a 9 because I measured it. And when I asked for a refund they refused and gave me ATTITUDE!!! Take your business els were because this subway is a disgrace. They should be called sub no.
Horrible experience waited 10 minitutes for someone to greet me knocked on employee door no answer said hello to the back. Jazz came up finally and I let her know I was waiting 10 minutes she called me a liar and told me it was only 2 minutes completely not true she also told me . She kicked me out of the store for not agreeing with her and she didn’t like that. I hope management looks at cameras to see that her costumer service is horrible I will never go back to this place. She could care less what she says or acts like towards costumers.

I wish I never would have ordered online from here since they have new owners at this location the staff are so rude and nasty the portions are small it is ridiculous you are paying full price and getting half what the portion is supposed to be do not go here I will never go back to this subway such greedy people

If I could give this subway location zero stars I would. The service was horrible. One on her cell phone while ordering, another in the back not helping other customers, and ordering two subs took for ever. After paying for my subs I'm told the dining room was closed. It was 7pm and they don't close until 9:30pm. Never heard of this at any subway ever. This location should be shut down.
The store manager yelled at me and banned me from the store because I wanted mayo on the bottom because I don't like how it leaks out the top. Worst customer experience of my life time. I deserve a refund after being treated like that. I told the manager I would be talking to her superior and she said it won't go anywhere. Seems like she can get away with anything.

I've been going to this location for years now, let me clarify what I know so far:
-Coupons are for participating locations, read the coupons
-Different restaurants pay different taxes therefore different prices
-People ask for a sub and then look at the prices on the boards, I would personally look at the boards first
-There is a sign that says where the line starts, again I would read anything specially the prices first. Don't be that person that gets surprised for not reading

I'd give a 0 if I could. I couldn't get served at this location. Despite the fact that my coupon booklet stated this was a participating restaurant. They emphatically told me they, the "owners" opted out of all coupon books this year. However, the "owners" who supposedly did this must have missed the boy scout coupon booklet that was sold to me. Because it definitely lists this address and this phone number. I used the phone number listed in the coupon booklet and reached the people inside who just turned me away. Subway's loss. I'm headed home to make my own sandwich now. I suppose I should thank them for saving me money.
