It has so many different flavors. It has yummy topping. It is worth the time.

The ice creams is amazing. No-Weigh Wednesday is awesome because they don't weigh the ice cream. 5/5 would come again.

Extremely disappointed….. location was beyond dirty and messy. The area with the toppings looked as if it had a play date with a 3 year old. The floor had ice cream drippings and toppings everywhere. The staff was uncaring and didn’t even bother to correct the matter. Don’t even deserve one star!

Yogurt was good. Really enjoyed the cookie dough. Very very disappointed to see the hand soap empty and filled with water and no soap in the automatic soap dispenser. For a food establishment this is really unacceptable

Guy behind told me 3 year old to eat it after he paid. As he was eating licks with his finger. Sorry bro don't mean to cost you 15 cents and dont lecture my son.

The kids and I love coming here the frozen yogurt is always good and it’s not expensive. The only reason for the three stars is, it’s not a very pleasant experience when we walk in and It smells like straight up human feces throughout the place. Definitely turns your stomach and makes you not even want to eat and also it’s not cleaned like it should be. The tables should be cleaned after each person is done. Tables are always sticky.

Dirty, no clean tables, girl just standing there doing absolutely nothing. Ridiculous for the prices. Stinks too

I love coming here with my siblings. There’s a lot of toppings to choose from, along with flavors. There are things to do inside like board games or just watching TV. The staff is always very nice too!

The worker “Aiva” was exuberant, and immediately brightened my day. I understand tips are not a large part of their salary, since it isn’t a serving job, so I could tell Aiva was only this positive out of the kindness of her own heart, and very attributable to her character. I have just suffered a loss, and have not been able to pull myself out of bed. I went into SWEET FROG for ice cream to try to cheer myself up. Well, I’m happy now, but I’m not sure if it was the ice cream (😋) or “Aiva”. Just wanted to say the working staff here run a well oiled machine and they all attract customers. York SWEET FROG is booming. I told my extended family to all come in some time this week. I hope “Aiva” is working.
