I work late sometimes, and this place is open until 1, so I don't feel bad coming at 11 to get food. On two occasions, I've pulled up to the empty drive-thru and been told the wait will be more than 30 minutes. I've gone through with the order anyway, and the food is always done in about 5 minutes, which I appreciate. It still rubs me the wrong way that I'm being told a longer wait time because the workers want me to drive away. Service is not much better in...
While they do get busy due to their close proximity of major roads and a neighborhood. They have never screwed up in order it's always been exactly what I expect, people working there are polite and good at what they do.
This Taco Bell is always busy but the staff are amazing and get everyone thru the line quickly. I've ordered many times for drive thru and delivery and food has always been perfect nothing missing or wrong.
