While they do get busy due to their close proximity of major roads and a neighborhood. They have never screwed up in order it's always been exactly what I expect, people working there are polite and good at what they do.
This Taco Bell is always busy but the staff are amazing and get everyone thru the line quickly. I've ordered many times for drive thru and delivery and food has always been perfect nothing missing or wrong.
I've asked for Rice on a 5 layer burrito, which they didn't add, I asked about it and ignored me. Before the remodeling, the food was decent, and employees were good. Now they mess up your food and are disrespectful about their own mess ups.
