They seem to not care anymore. Used to love coming here for date nights with the wife or with the family. But last few experiences were bad with little to no care from the staff or at least the management. I've written in twice, about a bad take out experience and a bad dine-in experience. No response.

After receiving pork chops that were still raw in the middle I asked for them to be recooked and when they came back 15min later (after the rest of my family had already finished their meals) they were extremely burnt management didn’t care to even look simply handed me the to you box with them in and walked away. Texas Roadhouse 2 us 0... Food was great tonight but because we paid cash they called and accused us of leaving without paying on the kiosk smh we literally asked for the slip to pay and handed the cash to her and told her to keep the change. They were to check with the waitress never called back they should have called and apologized this was supposed to be a 2nd chance to get it right after mothers day was ruined by over cooked steak cold shrimp and broccoli.
