Food is always good and restaurant is always clean! We eat here a few times a year for celebration and my daughter (she loves the bread)but today was a bit different. We went out since it’s been a long week. We had a big emergency earlier in the week being in the ER with our daughter. We had mentioned it to our waiter Denis while having conversation. When he brought our to-go order he made sure to include a little note. This tiny gesture meant so much and something that will brighten my daughters week. Thank Denis for great service and for being so thoughtful!

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. My mom and I were travelling up from Florida and decided to try Texas Roadhouse for the first time ever. The service was beyond amazing. We told our waitress this was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse and within 5 minutes a manager came over to us with beer koozies, his card, menu and coupons for next visit. Our waitress was extremely attentive and checked on us often and asked us if we needed anything else along with a second manager who came to our table checking on us. The food was beyond perfect. My moms steak was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes weren’t her favourite as it was very peppery. We each got garlic shrimp - they were awesome. I got the early dinner supper - Cesar salad with chicken. It was absolutely delicious along with the buttered corn. The portion was also huge. I asked if they had any branded cups for sale - our server came back saying unfortunately there were none to buy but she brought us a very thoughtful Texas Roadhouse souvenir to add to our collection. She went above and beyond along with the rest of the management team. Very proactive management style vs. reactive. Delicious food. Amazing customer service.Would turn down the music a touch. But Would return again and again.

We travel all the time for work and love eating out. This location is reliably yummy folks. Only had 1 unpleasant experience at a TRH somewhere out there in the wild and it was members of our party to blame. The folks at this location very cool and friendly. Food was reliably good without any disappointments.Parking: Not real friendly to American sized 4x4 Diesels. LoL
We went on Easter as they were taking reservations. Rec'd a text when all parties arrive text "here" & then rec'd an immediate text go to hostess station table is ready. Food was outstanding along with the service!! Highly recommend this place. Bone-in ribeye was the best!!

Went here for my daughter's birthday and had a terrible experience. Food came out with a hair wrapped around the shrimp. Was given an uncaring apology from the waitress. Ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes for a replacement meal of a dried out overcooked piece of shoe leather that they wanted me to think was a steak. Manager didn't have the wherewithal to come out to apologize. And to top it all off, the staff never wished my daughter a happy birthday even though I told them it was here birthday and witnessed two other tables being recognized for birthdays. Will never go to any of these establishments ever again. Best advice. Stay home and make your own steak. It's cheaper and guaranteed to be cooked the way you like it.
