just ordered a platter from your location tonight got the brisket, pulled pork potato wedges and a baked potato. literally the only thing edible was the baked potato. the brisket was more fat than meat, it was very greasy and no taste at all. the pull pork was dry as hell also no taste to it too. the potato wedges were disgusting. you guys really should dress your brisket before smoking it and used a better rub on it and your pork. I used to like your BBQ but this was a waste of money. I will never order from you guys again. you really either need to redo the whole prep and cooking process of your smoked meats or simply just stop trying to pass this insult off as BBQ.

Wanted five guys and found out they were closed in York. I ordered Burger Experience via Uber eats, Food was Amazing ?!!!. Looked at the places reviews after eating first two Reviews, NOT my experience. As a former Cook, the? Smack ?️ n ??????Thank u guys ? keep up the good work!!!

I used to love coming to Smokey Bones in York Pa they removed the cinnamon apples and changed the skillet cornbread to regular corn bread and definitely does not have the flavor and it’s gritty taste. I’m very disappointed. I received my baby back ribs and they were total fatty and changed the original sweet barbecue sausce sauce I’m very disappointed and I won’t be coming back.

Just had a date night with my husband tonight! The food was amazing and we had the pleasure of being served by Jessi, she’s an absolute sweetheart and was an excellent and attentive server! 10/10

Make sure when you visit Smokey Bones that you have the pleasure of dealing with Anastacia, Mandy and Jessi!! Great food, great service and great personalities!! Ribs were perfect and Mike is the kinda of manager that every restaurant should have!

The food was dry and rubbery, even the corn bread was rubbery like it was reheated in a microwave. The pork was dry like jerky, Mac n cheese was terribly dry. Total disappointment! Waste of money for 3 couples.

Had a great experience tonight. Our server, Job B. was excellent. He was very attentive, courteous, energetic, and personable, and suggested a food item that we added to our order. The food was good and we were served very timely. We hope the next time we visit SB that Job will be our server.

I went to Smokey Bones for the first time today in celebration of my birthday. However I was not impressed. I can't speak for the others in my party only myself. I ordered the "Texas Brisket ",there was no "smoke ringing that meat. I tasted as is it came from a steamer. No smoke taste, the meat was stringy and a bit tuff. My side dishes were fire grilled corn, it tasted like can corn or frozen blacken corn. The slaw was ok. I was hoping to add this restaurant to my fav list,I'm not so sure now.

Our family of 3 had dinner. The wait for a table was about 20 mins. But the wait for the food was about 40 mins. The beef brisket and pulled pork were super dry, macaroni & cheese was dry & seemed reheated. The korean pork belly bites was delicious. As a whole I was disappointed and most likely will not be a repeat customer.

First visit on Thursday night. Driving west from Wrightsville we passed the numerous restaurants strewn along Route 30. All appeared to be doing a brisk business. Entered the restaurant at 630pm and we were quickly seated by a rather uninterested hostess. Only three other tables occupied with maybe 10 people at the bar. After a long wait our server came over and took our drink order. After another 15 minutes she came back with our drinks which included the sweetest Old Fashioned I have ever invested. Our table ordered the Filet which was just OK and overpriced at $32. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich which was dry tasteless. I had the half chicken which was dry and rather tasteless. Our sides were Mac and cheese which not surprisingly was also dry and tasteless. The highlight of my meal was the side salad with very good blue cheese dressing. During the entire time we were seated the table next to us was never cleaned. The floor was sticky as were the bottles of sauce at our table. After our dinner I asked for the manager who sheepishly came over to the table. I expressed our disappointment of our meal but tried to get her to understand the restaurant was dirty and the table next to us should have been cleaned. She said that they were busy and only had three servers. A snappy retort but there were never more than four occupied tables while we were eating. The comic relief of the evening was when I told her the floor was sticky and there was a drinking straw on the floor that our waitress passed over several times without picking it up. The manager said the floor was sticky because of the cleaners they use! As the manager left our table she also walked right passed the straw without picking it up. I summoned to her and pointed at the straw which she reluctantly picked up. Save your money and eat elsewhere!

First time at this restaurant. After reviewing the menu we asked the waitress a few questions. Why was the Texas Brisket meal more than the pulled pork meal. Her reply was that the the brisket was a better cut. Based on her recommendation we ordered the Texas brisket. When the food meals arrived at the table we noticed that the brisket was very very dry. We asked the waitress if this is how the brisket always comes out and her reply was yes. She added that if we would have arrived earlier in the morning the brisket would’ve been moist. Very disappointing. We also had potato wedges that were burnt. The waitress said that is how they cook them. The waitress did not have much time for us. We will never return to this business. This was a $164.00 disappointing birthday dinner.

We ate here on a recent trip and found the service to be good. Our waitress made sure that we had everything we needed and was very pleasant. The food was pretty good as well. We definitely did leave hungry.
