Went here on a saturday for dinner at 6 pm. I expected it to be busy and didnt mind waiting 30-60 mins if needed. Was informed that all the tables in the restaurant were reserved and we couldn't get a table for over 2 hours because thats when the next table was available for reservation. Never in my life heard of a restaurant booking out all their tables for reservation and not accepting walk ins. Watched multiple people come in after us and get turned away as well.
Here's a wild idea. Leave some tables unreserved so that walk ins can eat and go on a wait list like every other non-michelin star restaurant in the country or at least advertise that reservations are required so you dont have people wasting their night.

My friends were visiting the town from New York last sunday 9/21 and despite the hostess that took us to the table was extremely rude we had a great time !! Shoot out for the excellent server JACOB ! My friends were very impressive for his professionalism and dedication! Def I would like to come back whenever Jacob is available 🤣

Ordered the Ciopino w. Caesar side salad. Salad came out with none of the darker green parts of the Romain lettuce but bowl was full of stalks. Asked for a replacement & it was delivered with the previous stalks just chopped into smaller pieces with a tiny bit of medium dark lettuce pieces thrown on top. The Ciopino is listed on their menu to include Fish; Shrimp; mussels; clams; crab & scallops. Ours was full of fish, (some of it rather rank), 2 mussels; 2 shrimp. ZERO Scallops & ZERO clams & one stone crab claw with no way to crack it open. The broth was more Italian, heavy tomato sauce rather than the typical Ciopino seafood broth . Would definitely not recommend.

Popular spot in York. I ordered the Korean short rib and the flavor was phenomenal but the only drawback was the meat was a bit fattier than I like but the meat did fall off the bone. The appetizers were good as well, I’d recommend the brussel sprouts!

Such a local treasure with a great food menu, awesome bar + cocktail menu, fun and relaxing atmosphere, and consistently good service. I've been here multiple times for multiple occasions - sometimes just me for lunch, sometimes date night, sometimes family or friend get togethers. It's always a pleasant experience, that's why we keep coming back!

Loved this place, if you're in York it's worth the trip. Got a good sampling of the menu and have a few friends who drive 40 minutes for this place. Some unique things not easily found locally, and a place I would actually trust getting oysters. Scotch eggs were great, as were the variety of crab dishes we had and the burgers are phenomenal.

Took my son and daughter-in-law here for a birthday. This place is a must if you are in York I ordered the Korean beef short rib and it was nothing short of fantastic. Had the Oreo cheesecake for dessert, and was so good. Everyone at our table had a wonderful meal. We will be back!
Easily one of the best scallop dishes I've ever eaten. I also highly recommend The New Fashioned on their cocktail menu. It's a nice twist on the old fashioned.

Hands down the best restaurant in York! The pork chop is tender and full of flavor, the NY strip is cooked to perfection, and the Hibachi steak is an absolute must-try. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to go have a lunch or dinner. The food has always been excellent and service prompt and courteous even when they have been extremely busy. They can run a decent wait so it pays to call ahead or make reservations especially on the weekends! 10/10 will and would return!
